Für unseren Besuch in Jakarta, mein Partner und ich beschlossen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Es war eine ausgezeichnete Wahl! Das Hotel ist schön und hat eine gute Lage, unser Zimmer im 18. Stock war modern mit schönem Blick, das Essen war lecker und eine Menge Wahl im Buffet und Lounge. Das Personal war wunderschön. Ein besonderer Dank an Melati, der die Ein- und Auscheckung gemacht hat, hat sie uns herzlich willkommen gegeben, wir fühlten uns sehr geschätzt!

Rein & komfortabel, Service ist auch sehr gut. Lage weise, die Umgebung ist nicht zu verpackt, auch viele nahegelegene Cafés.

The room was sparkling clean, but the hotel near the train station so its quite noisy at night

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

Strategic location in culinary place of Jalan Sabang, lot of food choices especially at night and startegic located in middle of Jakarta

The hotel location is Good. At the centre of Jakarta. Close to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. The glass is wide. I had a very great time at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The pool is however small. I think this is the smallest pool for 5 star hotel that I have stayed. I have tried the spa. I requested for deep massage however I feel like it is light massage. With the price I pay, I would not repeat the massage at Mandarin Oriental and I would not recommend to anybody. However other than that, everything is great.

Located in central Jakarta, the hotel is conveniently close to major shopping areas, business districts, and cultural sites. Hotel Borobudur Jakarta offers a great balance of traditional elegance and modern comforts. While some areas could use a little update, overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful escape with great amenities and a central location. The iconic reputation of the hotel lives up to expectations, and you’re likely to leave with fond memories.

This time, I won't review the hotel itself, as the whole of Indonesia already knows that this hotel is very beautiful, clean, and perfect. I just want to give a brief review of the service from the staff based on my observations, not as a guest staying there. Oh yes! Before that, for everyone's knowledge, I own a travel agency, and I booked rooms at this hotel for 2 nights for my clients, who are two VIP families from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They stayed in rooms 1701, 1703, 1709, and 1711. It's usual for me to personally accompany VIP clients to their chosen holiday destination, and this time they chose to go to Jakarta and Bandung. Naturally, the Grand Hyatt was their top choice. On the morning of the second day they stayed here, I arrived at the hotel as early as 7:00 am to check if my clients had gone down to the café for breakfast, but upon checking at the front desk, it turned out they were still in their rooms. At this time, I started interacting with one of the café staff members, whose name I forgot to ask. I inquired if there was any possibility of purchasing a drink at the café while waiting for my guests to come down for breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff member said there were no transactions during that time as it was reserved for hotel guests to have breakfast until 10:30 am. Understanding the rules of every hotel, I then asked if there was a place for me to wait. He then led me to a dining table outside the café and offered me a drink. I was very surprised because he offered me a glass of hot latte (I hope the hotel does not take action against him for giving me a free drink 😁). This kind of service can truly win the hearts of customers and greatly increase the likelihood of them returning. Thank you.
