Great hospitality , great service , all staff very kind, very helpfull .. many kids activity so we don’t need go outside and enjoying the stay 🥰🥰 Great food and we received so many compliment ❤️❤️ Very recomended hotel for families ❤️❤️

Serviced suites with thoughtful touches and amenities. It’s located beside the upcoming Pan Pacific Jakarta (probably co-located in the same building but on different floors), gym and swimming pool may be shared when the latter opens. Windows have yet to be cleaned, probably because the building has yet to be fully opened. However so, one of the best stays I’ve had in Jakarta, 5-8 minutes walk from Grand Indonesia, Dukuh Atas MRT, BRT, Sudirman KRL. Hopefully the prices don’t go crazily high when this place gets fully opened and popular 🥹 (attached a photo of the lovely pool on the 71st floor)

An excellent hotel. Room was so lovely and spacious. Bed was so comfortable. The view was breathtaking from the 88th floor. Service was impeccable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great. Very convenient. Nearby to the Great Indonesia Mall and also Plaza Indonesia. Breakfast was lovely. Food were all delicious. Would definitely be staying there again if I’m ever in Jakarta.

Highly recommended. Close to airport freeway, malls and the sports stadium/parklands. Helpful staff. Premium room was fine, plenty of towels etc. and free drinks in minibar. Access to Lounge (in Lobby) for a nice afternoon tea (small cakes) and best was the evening when can choose 1 of 3 main courses and a drink. No need to eat out. Busway and metro stops at end of road 15min walk. Use metro to cross road to access Pacific Pace mall and shops. Really nice relaxing atmosphere in secluded pool treed area which has outdoor bar. Tennis courts. Gym however is a fair hike on the other side in the Sultan Residences but accessible. Breakfast ok but as in most Indo hotels a limited European selection.

The hotel location is Good. At the centre of Jakarta. Close to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. The glass is wide. I had a very great time at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The pool is however small. I think this is the smallest pool for 5 star hotel that I have stayed. I have tried the spa. I requested for deep massage however I feel like it is light massage. With the price I pay, I would not repeat the massage at Mandarin Oriental and I would not recommend to anybody. However other than that, everything is great.

Das Beste über dieses Hotel ist alles!! Nur neben 2 großen Einkaufszentrum, Spazierweiterung zum U-Bahn-Gleis, gute Restaurants und nahe Nachtmarkt ( Entdecken Sie einen der besten ayam Penyet ) Das Familienzimmer ist riesig! 2 Schlafzimmer sind von einem großen Wohn- und Fahrzimmer getrennt. Gastfreundschaft und Service ist fantastisch! Viele Pros und keine Konsens.. kann überhaupt nicht von irgendwelchen negativen denken! Ein sehr gutes Hotel zur Übernachtung in Jakarta.

Es ist eine sehr bequeme Lage, aber es ist neben der Hauptstraße, sehr laut am späten Zeitpunkt, wenn Ihr Zimmer die Straße steht.

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

i have a sentimental value for this place, since ive been here in 2013 with my dad mom and brother, now am staying with my husband. A very nice place in the center of jakarta. The view is cool. I booked the bright room which is in the corner in the upper floor. Definitely be back here again soon or later!! :)
