Dieses Hotel ist nicht gut. Das Zimmer ist groß und besiegt. Ich liebe dieses Hotel wirklich.

Ich kam für Geschäftsreisen.Buch für meinen Geschäftspartner.Sie zufrieden mit diesem Hotel.Das Gute für sie ist Quecksilber immer bieten Rauchraum.

Wir haben uns nicht für ein Behinderten-/Rollstuhlzimmer entschieden, bekamen aber letztendlich ein solches Zimmer auf Etage 5. Das Zimmer ist nicht viel größer als die anderen Zimmer. Ich hoffe nur, dass wir tatsächlich ein höheres Stockwerk bekommen, da die Toilettenaufteilung so viel besser ist

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

Located in central Jakarta, the hotel is conveniently close to major shopping areas, business districts, and cultural sites. Insgesamt ist es gut mit Lage, strategischer mit 200m Fuß und haben die Straße von Nahrung. Die Besatzung ist sehr freundlich , die Einrichtung wie Waschbecken ist gut für lange Urlaubsreisende, weil wir unsere Kleidung waschen können. Nur die Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr viel kleiner, keine heiße Suppe. Und keine heiße Kaffeemaschine. Wer sich krank fühlt und möchte etwas warmes wie Suppe mit haben, oder heiße Schokolade sie nicht servieren 😔 Andere sind alle gut ☺️

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Excellent Stay at Four Points! We had a wonderful time at Four Points! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and superb location. The convenience of the location made our stay even more enjoyable. We were thoroughly impressed and would definitely return. We highly recommend Four Points to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! 5/5 stars!

The hotel location is Good. At the centre of Jakarta. Close to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. The glass is wide. I had a very great time at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The pool is however small. I think this is the smallest pool for 5 star hotel that I have stayed. I have tried the spa. I requested for deep massage however I feel like it is light massage. With the price I pay, I would not repeat the massage at Mandarin Oriental and I would not recommend to anybody. However other than that, everything is great.

For the price category: wonderful! I spent three nights in this reasonably priced hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The selection at the breakfast buffet was also more than good for this price range. There are several malls and a food street close to the hotel. The staff at the reception could be a bit more attentive and friendly: unfortunately I was sick one day and asked for a doctor at the reception. The staff didn't seem very interested and only gave me an address after repeated requests. You wish for help with such a matter when you are in a foreign country! But this was certainly not an everyday situation for a traveler. All in all, I liked it very much and would book there again!
