I saw ants in the room, stains in bedding. Otherwise everything is fine. Excellent internet and good breakfast

Clean room and properties. Room : So tiny for 2 ppl with luggage even double-bed room. No window. Wifi is fast but need to login every time come back to room. Couldn’t use hot shower. Even cold shower was stopped at all sometimes.

I had a wonderful experience at the Cool Living Hotel . Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff to the room service were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Staff was rude, there were numerous stains on the bedsheets, the toilet water drainage was clogged so during shower, the toilet will be flooded

The room very nice, and the toolet very clean, near from grand indonesia, walk 5 minutes. Nice place and the staff is very bery well and kindness.

It was aesthetically pleasant stay. The room was quite small. You barely have space to open up your luggage but i love how they have rooftop view! So calm and green!

Good choice for employees who need stay around city or office nearby. So you will not missing the morning meeting 🤣

Another stay at Jakarta, stay at Cool Living Hotel Jakarta, still clean, and well maintain, also found out a rooftop resto at this hotel with skycraper views at Jakarta. Affordable price for the room and meals, it's near to an iconic Sarinah Mall at City Center of Jakarta, it's walking distance to reach this mall, nice staff...sure will be back !
