I love the room size and setting!

I recently stayed at Orchardz Hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, a few downsides made the experience less enjoyable. Downsides: • The location is very inconvenient, making it challenging to get around. • The aisles of the hotel felt a bit eerie, which affected the overall ambiance. • Cleanliness could be improved. I noticed black mould on the sealers, and the floor in my room was dusty, as if it hadn’t been mopped for a long time. • The hotel itself looks run-down and could benefit from some renovations or updates. Positives: • The rooms are spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. • Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. • The best part of the hotel is the staff. From the porter to the front desk team, everyone was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful. Overall, while the staff and room size stood out, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

The room is very clean, neat and spacious. The service is excellent 👍 Really enjoy to stay here and will be one of my favourite place to stay. I nominate this hotel as the best worth-it hotel around mangga besar😁

Food is delicious and staff was friendly. Only the TV signal was not that good.

Have a lot of smoking. Room smell not good. I booked 5 room .but not next to each other. Not clean , not recommended

This hotel was great actually. Great A/C and was on when we entered the room. The pool was nice and clean and Cold. Which is good because Jakarta is very hot and humid. Breakfast was delicious. Faculty was very nice and very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. For families, couples, solo travelers, business, work. Will be coming back in the future. 

Found a cockroach in the toilet and it killed my mood. Also, experienced some complication with the check-in process and decided to move to other hotel.
