Das Hotel verfügt über eine Parkanlage mit Pool, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant bietet eine schöne Auswahl an Speisen. Im Bad könnten Kleinigkeiten verbessert werden.

Dieses Hotel ist zu schade, das Schwimmbad ist direkt kaputt, der Service ist schlecht und die Hygiene ist schlecht. Nicht so wie in den Vorjahren

Well located and full with tip top facilities even with additional equipment

We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, "I still want to stay at this hotel." We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

Old Hotel.. but the maintenance quite good. Got garden,got swing pool..Night can enjoy some music! Just the front counter can work faster or not. Too slow for my guess to queue...

Big area with big swimming pool and spacious pathway, but the room is a bit traditional style

Good hotel location and staff try the best to give good Service even it was too busy days as a lot of checking in at hotel as well breakfast hall … I recommended this hotel

It is big. Small town withing hotel. Outstanding gardens. 50 meters pool! 3 restaraunts. Exceptional gym. Every service inside is a bit overpriced, but its expected. Rooms could be refreshed, but its not “modern” style hotel, so its more like subjective design view.

The hotel grounds are exceptional - very few hotels have the huge grounds with lush greenery that the Borobudur has. However, the rooms are quite old - toilet & bathroom fixtures need urgent replacement. Housekeeping can also be improved

The lobby and restaurant were great, and the park was also very spacious and good for morning and evening strolls. Too bad the room is old and the bathroom is smelly because they are still using curtains in the bathtub, they should change the curtain with a partition like in other old hotels that have bathtubs but are still very well maintained. Be sure to carry an extra water bottle on your own, because an extra water bottle in the room is chargeable.

Really great stay-using my birthday as an excuse to have a party-bit puzzled why security took knives off me on check in ( needed for cooking food) -but positive they gave solution would send knives to apartment -all staff I met were really nice -apartment was clean and well maintained -great memories -pool superb -50 Meters ? water clean etc -think I had 60 people come and go for gathering and no issues -really nice place gardens super.

Hotel is near Gambir Station. Hotel is a bit dated, cleanliness needs improvement - sheets have some stains. Service at reception is good.
