Das Hotel ist viel besser als erwartet. Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir sie brauchen. Das Zimmer ist so sauber und komfortabel, dass wir es sehr entspannend finden 😌. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und so frisch. Es liegt im ruhigen Bereich. Liebe dieses Hotel viel und wird sicher wieder kommen, wenn wir können.

Wir waren gerade für 4 Nächte im Gallery townhouse zu Gast, dieses gehört zum Gallery Hostel, diese Zimmer befinden sich jedoch gegenüber, in einem anderen Gebäude. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war wirklich traumhaft schön und wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Im unteren Bereich des Hauses befindet sich eine Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist und mitbenutzt werden darf. Dort gibt es auch Kaffee und Trinkwasser für die Gäste. Wir lieben die Lage in Cedofeita und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden, das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist sehr gut. Leider kann ich nicht die volle Punktzahl geben, dies hat 2 Gründe. Ich hatte per Email nach der Möglichkeit einer kleinen Geburtstagsüberrasschung für meinen Lebensgefährten gefragt und man hat mir geantwortet, dass sie eine kleine Überraschung vorbereiten würden, leider kam da nichts, wahrscheinlich haben sie es vergessen. Da ich mich darauf verlassen habe, habe ich selber nichts vorbereitet, das war sehr Schade. Zum 2. hatten wir das Frühstück mit gebucht, dies würde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht mehr machen, da das Frühstück qualitativ leider nicht mit der Qualität der Unterkunft mithalten kann. Die Auswahl ist vollkommen ausreichend, die Qualität ist allerdings für mich unzureichend. Der Kaffee war wirklich grausam, die Brötchen trocken, der Orangensaft so was von sauer und das Rührei aus Vollei ohne Salz. Wir bestellten am Geburtstag ein Omelett für 5 Euro extra !!! Dieses bestand aus 2 frischen Eiern, da diese im Frühstücksraum hinter Glas zubereitet werden konnten wir es sehen, mit einer Scheibe Käse und S*****en... nicht mal eine Scheibe Tomate oder Gurke... selbst in 5 Sterne Hotels habe ich noch kein Omelett für 5 Euro bestellt... es gab auch einen Obstsalat, dieser war okay. Wir haben am Donnerstag dann auswärts gefrühstückt, dies würden wir beim nächsten Mal wieder tun. Am letzten Tag gab es das Frühstück wegen der frühen Abreise eingepackt, dies war sehr nett und für den Flughafen hat es gereicht. Dies ist natürlich unser persönlicher Eindruck, wie gesagt, das Zimmer war ein Traum und wir können das Gallery townhouse weiterempfehlen.

Great location close to the Metro, although a bit noisy as there is construction outside and a barking next door. The rooms are tiny with minimal amenities. This is not a 4 star hotel as our package promised. Just a heads up, they charge you for extra coffee pods. Staff here is professional and very helpful-they wear many hats! They helped us book an amazing tour. Walking distance to shopping, an amazing indoor food court, and grocery stores. The breakfast room is very nice, and has good selections.

Komfortable Zimmer und Lage einfach genug, um in alle Teile der Stadt mit Uber zu kommen, die sehr vernünftig sind und kosten ca. 3 Euro bis zum längsten Punkt am Fluss. Sie könnten gehen, aber mein Vater hat einige Mobilitätsprobleme und der Uber war viel schneller, so dass wir Poroto ausstellen, ohne müde vom Walk in die Stadt zu müde. Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt, ist gemütlich und einmal in der Innenstadt einladen, nicht von der Außenseite aus. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut für den Preisblock konzipiert. Achtung für die Details der Dinge im Badezimmer müssen jedoch behandelt werden. Seifentafel war auf der Wand los, wie die Fässer auf dem Bad Tauch. Kleine Details, die sonst ein sehr schönes Zimmer unter seinem Potenzial bringen. Obwohl ein kleines Unternehmen für mich, habe ich noch sehr gut auf dem Bett geschlafen. Kein externes Lärm gehört und ruhige und wirksame Klimaanlage. Die Sicherheit war für mich ein Problem. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und der Safe wurde nicht in den Schrank gebohrt, Sie konnten den Safe entfernen, wenn Sie wollten. Das macht den Safe redundant und beunruhigt mich. Das Front Desk hat auch nicht ihre eigene Safe für Gästewerten. Wir hatten jedoch keine Ausgabe und unsere Anlagen blieben unberührt. Die Hotels haben unsere Anlagen am letzten Tag in ein Lagerraum verriegelt. Ich würde hier sicher noch einmal bleiben und ich denke, dieses Hotel bietet beides ein Element von Luxus, während es eine mittelpreisliche Option bleibt. Das Personal war auch sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam.

Das Zimmer ist perfekt mit Blick draußen und komfortablen inneren. Die Vermietung des Hotels ist sehr bequem, um an die Aussicht zu gehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind professionell. Vielen Dank für alle.

I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights in July 2023. Location Getting a taxi from the airport was quick and easy the taxi rank just outside arrivals. We arrived around lunchtime and got a taxi easily, plenty waiting and no queue. The journey to the hotel wasn't too long. Arriving at the hotel you do have to carry your case up a few steps at the entrance just something to be aware of, and my case was fairly weighty as we were away for a week in total. Not sure if there is another entrance to the hotel. There is a small lift to the room, we never had any trouble getting the lift when we needed it. There weren't any stairs that we could see other than the fire escapes. Once inside the hotel had a cool calm traditional feel to it. The staff on reception were really lovely and check in went smoothly. We were given vouchers for a complementary drink at the bar One of our rooms wasn't ready, we arrived about 1pm but we were able to get the key for one room which was great meaning we could drop our luggage off in the room and freshen up. My room was a reasonable sized well equipped double. I think some of the other reviews I read suggested the rooms were dated. I thought of them more as traditional style. Dark wood fittings. There was plenty of storage, a safe, comfy chair as well as desk and chair. TV with good selection of channels, mini bar, complimentary water and a packet of crisps. The bathroom was a good size, complimentary toiletries and a generous sized bath with shower over. All in all a very comfortable room which I felt was good value for what we had paid. My daughter had what i think was described as a family room so not sure whether they put an extra bed in if required but it was a really good sized double think it had a king size bed. They gave us rooms next to each other on the first floor which was nice The room had a large window overlooking the terrace below which let in a lot of light. I can't comment on breakfast as we were on a room only basis. There is a lovely bar area and outside terrace. Only downside the wooden tables and chairs outside did look particularly worn they were just in need of a fresh coat of wood stain really. The hotel was on a quiet street within walking distance of the old part of Porto. There was a bar/cafe just down from the hotel and a small supermarket just on the next street about a minute away perfect for stocking up on snacks and things and the after sun we forgot to pack. Very reasonably priced and taking card and cash. Just one thing to bear in mind I found that I used more cash than I expected quite a few of the bars and cafes we went in only took cash so something to plan for as I think I had got into a habit of carrying very little actual cash these days. It doesn't take long to walk from the hotel to the river, albeit we went down some very steep streets and steps. Porto is very hilly but well worth the effort of all the climbs Less than 10 min

What a lovely little hotel! I cant sing the praises of all the staff enough! Before the trip I was sending questions and asking for advise, all by email and I was getting replies so quickly. When I was there the staff again were so helpful, kind, curious, really nothing was too much. The room I had was a single room, the bed was a comfy double, but the room was tiny, the bathroom was adequate with a 700 x 700 shower in the corner (bit of a squeeze for me, but others would be find) window opened in 2 direction and there was a fantastic fully functioning air con unit. A 5min wall from the nearest metro line and about a 15min walk to the centre of the town, and maybe a 30mins walk to the river. Be aware it's all up hill back to the hotel from town! I would recommend and stay here again!

Wir haben in einer Wohnung in dieser stabilen für 3 Nächte gebündelt. Eincheckungsmodalitäten, die umgesetzt werden müssen, da Sie die Nummer anrufen und sich über die Ankunftszeit einverstanden haben müssen (für Ausländer ist dies die Kosten für das Anrufen, also sollte man vielleicht überprüfen). Runde, nicht sehr saubere Wohnung mit wesentlichen Dingen, aber fehlt eine angemessene Anzahl von Handtüchern, da das Bad auf der Blindenboden und ein Steckplatz fehlen, Wir hatten gefragt, dass wir die Gepäckstücke nach dem Auschecken in einem anderen Ort verlassen konnten und wir blieben über 15 Minuten warten, da das Zytofon gebrochen war und wir die berühmte Nummer wieder anrufen mussten. Ein weiteres kleines Detail: Da wir in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses und in der Nähe der Straße arbeiten, haben wir uns leider von diesen letzten
