My stay at Citipark Hotel was great. The staff are friendly and the guards are kind and helpful. Who would have thought that I can get and stay at a comfortable room for an affordable price. I would love to stay here again next time.

the place is just out a bit from the city center but it is jst beside the road, a few japanese restaurant in the area, burger king and jollibee is also a walking distance. the staff are friendly they will let you checkin an hour early but very strick on check out. I ask to clean my room while I was away early but when I return about 11:30 still not clean and they cane around 2 pm already I was in the room and resting so just refuse to let them in. bed is good firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket. AC is working somehow I heard water dropping from the top I think its from the other aircon drain. string water pressure had a hot water its just take a while before it get hot. had a bedit and kettle.

The food is delicious buffer staf are great and helpful and friendly

Super nice at ganda ng stay namin maraming fast food and resto na malapit lang hindi maingay at mababait ang mga staff super worth it dito nako magbobook ulit for our next vacation

This is our second time booking this hotel and I must say that the cleanliness and essential kits are consistent. You don't need to call to ask for towels, dental kit and slippers. Everything has been provided already when you get inside the room. The only downside we had was the aircon. The coldness was not enough for the room going to the bed maybe because it was blocked by the bathroom wall. Nevertheless, our stay was all worth it and awesome. The breakfast buffet in the limited menu was all good as well. Thanks to TRIP for the discount. 👍👍👍👍

They don't even provide toilet paper. I think it's mandatory and the room is dusty specially the floor

Affordable budget hotel. Location is good. Near grocery store and Bonifacio district where good restaurants are situated.

Service was okay. Nice front desk, door staff, and room service staff. But they don’t give you free water on the day of check-out. They only give you 2 500ml bottles at a time, so you can either keep asking or buy some at the PureGold grocery store behind the hotel. As others have said, the hotel’s a bit old and not the cleanest. My bathroom faucets had mildew on them. There was hair on the bedroom floor. Even the mugs for complimentary coffee didn’t always looked thoroughly washed. I would say this is a mid-range hotel. Like a 3-star, and you get what you pay for in a third world country. So it’s doable for the cheap price. Location was great - close Grab ride from airport. UCC cafe across the street - I think, Japanese owned chain? For some reason this location and the one Streetscape plaza did not have any matcha drinks available though. If you’re craving that, go to Brew101 cafe + bar instead and get dirty matcha and the labtingaw breakfast! Did not try room service bc the directory was wrong. Just dial 1 and it will call front desk and they can transfer you to room service. AC and wifi work. AC’s loud but I got used to it. No shampoo and conditioner so bring your own. Lots of tourists and business travellers stay here it seems. Never really saw anyone eat at the resto, but sometimes folks were at the bar

Room is great. Near to Ayala Mall. walking distance to Restaurant, Bars and Coffee Shops.
