Sie haben viele Arten von Zimmern, nicht die teuerste, niedrige Zimmerpreise sind sehr hoch. Der Pool ist nicht schlecht, das Restaurant kann auch akzeptiert werden und kann auch im Park fahren. Der Verkehr ist ein Problem, es ist besser, dass Sie ein Auto haben.

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.

Sauber und neu. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, nur Klimaanlage. Abseits gelegen, ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto zum Flughafen von Manila. Freundliches Personal. Da ich hier noch mehr schreiben muss: Relativ hellhörig. Die Gänge sind gefliest, wenn ein Gepäckwagen vorbeirollt ist das schon recht laut, genauso wenn Kinder spielen. Der Druck auf der Dusche könnte höher sein. Preise für das Essen an westliche Touristen angepasst.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen. Der Zimmertyp war das sogenannte Grapping in einem Zelt. Sie können auch ein Lagerfeuer vor sich haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit bei einer Massage im grünen Baldachin und einer Vorführung des vom Hotel bereitgestellten Yoga Qigong Bio-Safts. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist perfekt. Ich meine nicht, dass es viel Frühstück gibt. Es ist ein Menü, in dem die Gedanken des Schöpfers übermittelt werden und das Herz gefüllt wird. Handgemachte Apfelmarmelade war super. Ich möchte nur für das Restaurant wiederkommen. Die Luft, die durch das Hotel strömt, ist unglaublich und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

It is far from where I am. There are no amenities around. However, room service is good so you can solve everything in the hotel.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.
