Sauber und neu. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, nur Klimaanlage. Abseits gelegen, ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto zum Flughafen von Manila. Freundliches Personal. Da ich hier noch mehr schreiben muss: Relativ hellhörig. Die Gänge sind gefliest, wenn ein Gepäckwagen vorbeirollt ist das schon recht laut, genauso wenn Kinder spielen. Der Druck auf der Dusche könnte höher sein. Preise für das Essen an westliche Touristen angepasst.

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen. Celebrated our birthdays (Me, my partner and my sister) at Hotel Kimberly. Initially, i booked for 2 rooms good for 6 pax. They called a day before and told me that they will upgrade us to their Guesthouse villa as they are fully booked. Glad i accepted the offer as the villa was so beautiful and big, good for 15 pax. We love the place, good for families with kids, my son loves their farm and was so happy with the activities such as animal feeding, horse back riding. They have heated pool as well. Staffs were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend! Thanks so much again!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Their rooms are clean as well as the aminities. They also offer restaurant and cafe (Siglo Modern Filipino and Siglo Brew) which offers sumptuous meal and drinks. It's really a great experience.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

I was staying for two nights in Tagaytay for a bit of a rest and to check out the Alternative Summer Capital of the Philippines as a possible place for retirement: Baguio is the official summer capital, but is a long drive north from Manila. The hotel has a good location on top of a ridge with views of Taal Lake and there is a shopping mall with restaurants on the other side of the road: best access is via pedestrian bridge, as the road is very busy. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance on both sides of the road. My room had two double beds (which was different I guess…lol) and an ensuite. The bed was comfortable enough, but there were brackets at the base (presumably for connecting another bed) which were savage ankle traps when returning from a nocturnal trip to the bathroom: I was rolling around in agony and probably exhausted my considerable vocabulary of swear words…hope there was no-one in the room next door! The bathroom was very average and the shower head / bottom spout setup was of a type I’d not encountered before: if you want to use the shower head you have to grab the nozzle of the bottom spout, then pull and twist. It was apparently faulty as after two tries they replaced the entire bottom spout, but it was still very difficult to use. The free WIFI was almost non-existent: I could not get a signal in my room and the only way to get a signal was to either stand in the doorway of my room, or sit at the table in the corridor…and speaking of the corridors, has anyone seen the movie The Shining? The corridors had an eery feeling and other reviews have made similar comments about being reminded of that film…lol The hotel was clean and pleasant enough, but a bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. I was entitled to free breakfasts for which I was grateful…local dishes, so it may not suit some Western tastes. There was a swimming pool, but it was too cold and windy to use. Staff were great!

Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber, erschütterte ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Sprachvolcano aus unserem Fenster war einfach zu schütteln, und hinzugefügt eine zusätzliche Schicht von Charme zu unserem Aufenthalt. Wir fanden uns direkt außerhalb unserer Türen von der Schönheit der Natur gefangen. Die Unterkunft überstieg in jedem Fall unsere Erwartungen. Die Einrichtungen waren modern und gut gepflegt, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen oder Anfragen, die wir hatten, zu helfen. Während unserer Zeit bei Taal Vista hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die kulinarischen Freuden, die wir in den Restaurants des Hotels anbieten, zu erledigen. Von den sauberen und komfortablen Unterkünften bis hin zu den atemberaubenden Blicken und dem unverschämten Service überstieg jeder Aspekt unserer Erfahrung unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben uns wiedergefunden und dankbar für die Gelegenheit, uns in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung zu betummen. Wir können nicht warten, bis wir wieder in Sprache Vista für eine weitere unvergessliche Getaway zurückkehren.
