Celebrated our birthdays (Me, my partner and my sister) at Hotel Kimberly. Initially, i booked for 2 rooms good for 6 pax. They called a day before and told me that they will upgrade us to their Guesthouse villa as they are fully booked. Glad i accepted the offer as the villa was so beautiful and big, good for 15 pax. We love the place, good for families with kids, my son loves their farm and was so happy with the activities such as animal feeding, horse back riding. They have heated pool as well. Staffs were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend! Thanks so much again!

✅ we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. ✅ staff are friendly and attentive ✅ hair dryer by request ✅ we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. ❎ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. ❎ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? ❎ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying ❎ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. ❎ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.

Das Zimmer war sehr elementar und klein mit kaum Platz zum Spaziergang. Es war jedoch auf einem akzeptablen Niveau der Sauberkeit. Das Spazierbereich um das Hauptgebäude ist nett. Das Personal war freundlich und willkommen. Wir wurden am nächsten Morgen ein komplimentäres Willkommensgetränk und Frühstück serviert. Der einzige Nebenteil ist die Lage. Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung, ich wusste nicht, dass es so weit draußen sein würde. Es gibt kaum schnelle Restaurants in der Spazierweiterung, so musste man das Tricycle nehmen.

Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen. Nestled unter der malerischen Landschaft der Philippinen, bietet Taal Vista uns einen wirklich erinnere�rbaren Aufenthalt. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir mit warmer Gastfreundschaft und einem Gefühl der Ruhe begrüßt, das durch unsere ganze Erfahrung durchdr�ckte. Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber, erschütterte ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Sprachvolcano aus unserem Fenster war einfach zu schütteln, und hinzugefügt eine zusätzliche Schicht von Charme zu unserem Aufenthalt. Wir fanden uns direkt außerhalb unserer Türen von der Schönheit der Natur gefangen. Die Unterkunft überstieg in jedem Fall unsere Erwartungen. Die Einrichtungen waren modern und gut gepflegt, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen oder Anfragen, die wir hatten, zu helfen. Während unserer Zeit bei Taal Vista hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die kulinarischen Freuden, die wir in den Restaurants des Hotels anbieten, zu erledigen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt bei Taal Vista nichts weniger außergewöhnlich. Von den sauberen und komfortablen Unterkünften bis hin zu den atemberaubenden Blicken und dem unverschämten Service überstieg jeder Aspekt unserer Erfahrung unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben uns wiedergefunden und dankbar für die Gelegenheit, uns in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung zu betummen. Wir können nicht warten, bis wir wieder in Sprache Vista für eine weitere unvergessliche Getaway zurückkehren.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

I was staying for two nights in Tagaytay for a bit of a rest and to check out the Alternative Summer Capital of the Philippines as a possible place for retirement: Baguio is the official summer capital, but is a long drive north from Manila. The hotel has a good location on top of a ridge with views of Taal Lake and there is a shopping mall with restaurants on the other side of the road: best access is via pedestrian bridge, as the road is very busy. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance on both sides of the road. My room had two double beds (which was different I guess…lol) and an ensuite. The bed was comfortable enough, but there were brackets at the base (presumably for connecting another bed) which were savage ankle traps when returning from a nocturnal trip to the bathroom: I was rolling around in agony and probably exhausted my considerable vocabulary of swear words…hope there was no-one in the room next door! The bathroom was very average and the shower head / bottom spout setup was of a type I’d not encountered before: if you want to use the shower head you have to grab the nozzle of the bottom spout, then pull and twist. It was apparently faulty as after two tries they replaced the entire bottom spout, but it was still very difficult to use. The free WIFI was almost non-existent: I could not get a signal in my room and the only way to get a signal was to either stand in the doorway of my room, or sit at the table in the corridor…and speaking of the corridors, has anyone seen the movie The Shining? The corridors had an eery feeling and other reviews have made similar comments about being reminded of that film…lol The hotel was clean and pleasant enough, but a bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. I was entitled to free breakfasts for which I was grateful…local dishes, so it may not suit some Western tastes. There was a swimming pool, but it was too cold and windy to use. Staff were great!

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.

It is far from where I am. There are no amenities around. However, room service is good so you can solve everything in the hotel.
