We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Their rooms are clean as well as the aminities. They also offer restaurant and cafe (Siglo Modern Filipino and Siglo Brew) which offers sumptuous meal and drinks. It's really a great experience.

Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen. I was staying for two nights in Tagaytay for a bit of a rest and to check out the Alternative Summer Capital of the Philippines as a possible place for retirement: Baguio is the official summer capital, but is a long drive north from Manila. The hotel has a good location on top of a ridge with views of Taal Lake and there is a shopping mall with restaurants on the other side of the road: best access is via pedestrian bridge, as the road is very busy. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance on both sides of the road. My room had two double beds (which was different I guess…lol) and an ensuite. The bed was comfortable enough, but there were brackets at the base (presumably for connecting another bed) which were savage ankle traps when returning from a nocturnal trip to the bathroom: I was rolling around in agony and probably exhausted my considerable vocabulary of swear words…hope there was no-one in the room next door! The bathroom was very average and the shower head / bottom spout setup was of a type I’d not encountered before: if you want to use the shower head you have to grab the nozzle of the bottom spout, then pull and twist. It was apparently faulty as after two tries they replaced the entire bottom spout, but it was still very difficult to use. The free WIFI was almost non-existent: I could not get a signal in my room and the only way to get a signal was to either stand in the doorway of my room, or sit at the table in the corridor…and speaking of the corridors, has anyone seen the movie The Shining? The corridors had an eery feeling and other reviews have made similar comments about being reminded of that film…lol The hotel was clean and pleasant enough, but a bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. I was entitled to free breakfasts for which I was grateful…local dishes, so it may not suit some Western tastes. There was a swimming pool, but it was too cold and windy to use. Staff were great!

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

Der Zimmertyp war das sogenannte Grapping in einem Zelt. Sie können auch ein Lagerfeuer vor sich haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit bei einer Massage im grünen Baldachin und einer Vorführung des vom Hotel bereitgestellten Yoga Qigong Bio-Safts. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist perfekt. Ich meine nicht, dass es viel Frühstück gibt. Es ist ein Menü, in dem die Gedanken des Schöpfers übermittelt werden und das Herz gefüllt wird. Handgemachte Apfelmarmelade war super. Ich möchte nur für das Restaurant wiederkommen. Die Luft, die durch das Hotel strömt, ist unglaublich und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Sie haben viele Arten von Zimmern, nicht die teuerste, niedrige Zimmerpreise sind sehr hoch. Der Pool ist nicht schlecht, das Restaurant kann auch akzeptiert werden und kann auch im Park fahren. Der Verkehr ist ein Problem, es ist besser, dass Sie ein Auto haben.

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.

It is far from where I am. There are no amenities around. However, room service is good so you can solve everything in the hotel.
