"The hotel is nestled in a vast, meticulously maintained tropical garden (a real botanical garden!). It's a beautiful spot with a cozy, exotic atmosphere. You have direct access to a quiet beach and the sea. The breakfasts are excellent with a huge variety of dishes – tasty and diverse. The villas are comfortable with large terraces, but the rooms themselves could use a cosmetic refresh and more thorough cleaning. The hotel should replace the linens and towels; they're old and often stained. Also, some lighting for the villa number signs would be helpful. It's quite difficult to find your villa in the dark for the first day or two until you get used to it. The front desk staff are good and professional. During the low season (early May), the hotel's special offer price made it great value. It's just a little short of being a 5-star property. Overall, very good. I'd recommend it specifically for the low season. The hotel's location is super convenient; right outside the grounds, you'll find shops, restaurants, a supermarket, currency exchange, pharmacies, and everything else you need. The security guards were a bit amusing, constantly asking for our room number, even when heading out to the public beach (not a private one!) 😂"

Poole area, shaded. This was ideal for us. Lots of returning guests. We fully intend to book again for next year."

"Das Hotel liegt neben dem schönen Sal-Fluss. Ein wenig von der Hauptstraße, also keiner Straße Seitenlärm. Wir hatten normalen Zimmer gebucht, aber es ist auf das Cottage-Zimmer aufgrund eines Problems mit dem Zimmer, das wir gebucht haben, aktualisiert. Das Zimmer, das wir geblieben hatten, war gut gepflegt, nur das Problem war die AC, wie es automatisch geregelt ist, früh am Morgen wurde es super kalt. Ich konnte es nicht mit der Fernseher (nicht ein großes Problem aber). Nur Frühstück war verfügbar. Das Essen war großartig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich. Strand, Schachschuhe, Restaurants mit Live-Musik und Geschäfte waren nur einen Spaziergang entfernt."

Very little amenities, no fridge ,no Hot water Kettle in Room.Needs improvement in room service Beach 30 min walk from hotel,Food good,Complementary Breakfast very limited,Away from main cavelosim area very lonely no other guest were there we left before completion of our stay on 13th due to security issues . Being in a remote place with 2 daughters we were not feeling secure . we were the only guest in the whole resort we felt insecure Also the amenities were not available no glasses also in the room for drinking water The resorts needs more professionalism in managing. Complementary Breakfast was only 2 slices of Toast butter,Jam and coffee"
