Es ist ein gutes Hotel, Zimmer hat gute Größe und gut gepflegt, Bett mit guten Bettwäsche. Einzig aber auf dem Zimmer ist, dass es praktisch kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche hat. Obwohl das Zimmer eine kleine Küche hat, gibt es keine Werkzeuge, Gericht oder Tasse verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber lecker. Der Poolbereich ist ausgezeichnet, hat eine Bar (mit wenigen Optionen, aber das zerbrecht einen Keller) und steht vor dem Meer. Das Hotel liegt zwei Etagen vom Zentrum entfernt, perfekte Lage (einfacher Zugang zum Zentrum ohne in der Mitte des „Baguñas“).

Our family of 5 people spent 6 days at Carmel Cumbuco over the New Year's Holiday. We got two rooms, they were very spacious and comfortable. Both rooms had a king bed and one of them had a side sofa bed for a child. Beach is beautiful with lots of kite surfers but the water currents are pretty strong (due to the winds) and full of rocks (bring water shoes and you will be fine!) There is only one option of restaurant and the food is mostly Brazilian. We LOVED the fish dish a Belle Carmel (ordered it a few times during our stay), caipirinhas were delicious (we loved passion fruit one and strawberry!) and service was overall friendly. We went to the close by ”Centro” (aka Cumbuco downtown) and enjoyed a few other restaurants there. We did a couple's massage with Denise and Luciene and it felt like heaven!! They were able to untie some knots on our backs, got us very relaxed, were friendly and very professional - highly recommend! At the pool bar, we loved the service from Lucas who was always so friendly, positive, attentive and courteous. The New Year's Eve party was incredible, food buffet was delicious, food was extremely fresh and had lots of options for all dietary needs. We got to try so many different dishes and they were all delicious. Desserts were okay, they seemed really good, maybe our taste was a little different. Decoration and ambience were so beautiful by the pool, band was really fun and the fireworks were awesome! The only thing that did NOT work well for us during our 6-day stay was activity reservation through Guest Relations. It was very disappointing, unorganized and lacked professionalism. We asked Guest Relations for help, they shared a QR link with options and shared all options were available. We booked a few of them with them in-person (buggy ride by the dunes, horseback riding and ceramics class). We received confirmation by whatsapp for the buggy ride. At the time/date scheduled, we showed up and were told there was no reservation for our time or name. No one knew what to do and what happened until we connected with the Manager. I shared feedback, he was helpful and welcomed the feedback - which was great. We ended up going on the buggy ride activity (which we highly recommend!) but they had to schedule it last minute and we were not sure if it was going to work until the end. Activities on its own are very worth it. We did the buggy ride, stopped by a few spots (including a ziplining activity) and were so fun. The horseback ride by the beach was also fun and it worked out for us to do last minute as well. In the future, I would likely will reserve activities directly with the other vendors or through TripAdvisor, not through the hotel guest relations.

The French restaurant located in the hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we entered, the ambiance transported us to France with the elegant décor and soft French music playing. We were warmly welcomed by the maître d'hôtel who led us to our intimate table set with fine china and crystal glasses that sparkled in the low lighting. As we browsed the menu, I was impressed by the variety of classic French offerings featuring rich sauces, fine wines, and decadent desserts. We began our meal with the French onion soup which was perfectly seasoned with a delightful balance of sweet caramelized onions and rich broth. For the main course, the beef bourguignon did not disappoint with melt-in-your-mouth braised beef and a robust red wine sauce. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the sommelier paired a fantastic French red wine to complement our meal. To finish, we simply had to try the crème brûlée which had a crispy caramelized sugar top and a smooth, creamy custard beneath. Overall, our dining experience at the French restaurant exceeded expectations. The food was expertly prepared with attention to even the smallest details in both flavor and presentation. Paired with the ambiance, service, and wine, it made for an excellent French cuisine experience without having to leave the hotel. I would highly recommend it to other guests looking for a taste of France during their stay.

Wir waren in der Familie und wir nehmen einen Tag-Use in der Unterkunft, der Ort ist schön, vor dem Meer, mit freiem Zugang und Stühle und Tische in den Sand. Tag-Use-Wert 150,00 Paar mit 100,00 in den Verbrauch umgekehrt, 50,00 Einzelperson, 25,00 Kinder. Das Essen vor Ort war zu wünschen, Optionen zu teilen, die mehr als ein einzelnes Gericht erscheinen, und es dauerte etwa 2 Stunden, um zu servieren. Es fehlte einige Kardapio-Optionen wie Krebstiere, Pikaha.. Auch hatte es keine Orange für die apperol Spritz. Obwohl die sehr gemütlichen und erfahrenen Ansprechpartner, entschuldigen für jede Nachteile .. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gut, aber fehlt eine Umgebungsmusik, um mehr angenehm zu machen. Sieht aus wie ein Segel.. Sehr ruhig Der Ort ist ruhig, für jeden, der Ruhe und Schweigen will, ist großartig.
