Nice hotel room and environment is good. But their house keeping without good liaison after we left the room, they failed to do it.

The shower area is super small , otherwise, all good. Location is good as it is 5 mins walk from station

Location convenient, breakfast is standard but with charge for a latte.

Really love this hotel and the location right in the centre! I always choose to stay here. Staff are super friendly and rooms are nice and clean. Car park under the hotel (at an extra cost of £18pn) The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel by car, as it sends you down a bus/taxi lane which can be confusing.

Room not cleaned properly. Toilet dirty and glasses not removed from table In the exec lounge no wine glasses people drinking wine out of beer glasses. Not enough food at 6pm. Tables not cleaned and the waitress lazy just stood around with no response when challenged

the hotel is nice and convenience. the bus stop is just outside the hotel and within 5 mins walk to the train station

The room is clean. Hotel is near to train station and city center. Will definitely come back!

The hotel is in an excellent location very close to the train station. The breakfast is nice and staff are helpful and friendly. It would be nice if there where some shaving and toothbrush available in the room, otherwise excellent.
