- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein Hotel, die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind relativ neu, das Zimmer ist relativ sauber, das Zimmer ist auch groß, die Lage ist sehr mäßig, gerade im Zentrum der Stadt, es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

Dienst: Sehr gut, ich mag das chinesische Frühstück zu sehr, es gibt Reis, kleine Gerichte, Sichuan Meister ist ein guter Handwerker.
Manchmal fühlen Sie sich wirklich, dass der Besitzer eines Restaurants oder Hotels im Ausland sehr gut ist, ein fremdes Land mit einer besonderen Nähe und einem viel Sicherheitsgefühl für die erste Person, die in dieses Land gekommen ist.

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Positive: While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were served with complementary fresh juice, and later on with Moroccan tea. The location is great because it is right next to a mall, so you have a lot of options to eat, shop and also an option for currency exchange. Taxis were readily available from the front of the hotel. It is also close to the train station, Casa Voyageurs. After we complained about the breakfast on our second day, the next day breakfast was good and back to normal. We could leave the luggage at the hotel on our checkout day. Staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. Special shout out goes to Ummaimah, Mariam, Fahad and Reeta. They also offered us complementary tea after we checked out and while we waited in the lobby. Negative: We had to wait 10-12 minutes before our room was ready, and this was already within the check-in timings (we arrived around 15:40). I would expect the room to be ready when I arrive. The breakfast experience at the second day was bad because we had to wait 20-25 minutes before we could eat anything as everything was finished (we arrived for breakfast at 09:45). Kitchen staff was either very less or too slow to meet the requirements of the guests, which were not many when we arrived. Whenever we made a request, it was entertained, but we had to chase them for it. Toiletries were below average.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Zimmer war sehr nett und sauber, und geräumig, das Bett ist sehr groß, Frühstück ist nett mit vielen verschiedenen Optionen, Badezimmer/Dusche ist gut und sauber.
All das sagte, ich bin ziemlich beunruhigt über zwei Dinge, die erste ist AC nicht im Zimmer arbeitete, die zweite ist, wenn Sie aus Ländern kommen, wo Sie ein Familienmitglied oder Freund ins Zimmer besuchen können, dann gehen Sie nicht dorthin, Ich ging zurück zum Hotel, um ein paar Geschenke zu holen und zu einer Party zu gehen, ich wurde eingeladen, und ich bat ein Familienmitglied, mit mir ins Zimmer zu kommen, um zu helfen und gehen in 5 Minuten, und ich eröffnete gerade das Zimmer, dann begann die Rezeption anrufen Zimmer Telefon und sagen Sie nicht können Haben Besuch, sagte ich OK, wir kommen raus, dann begannen sie wieder und wieder zu rufen, nur super irritierend.

GGuest UserIch habe in dieser schönen Wohnung / Hotel für sechs Nächte geblieben. Es befindet sich in Roche Noir, das Teil des Stadtzentrums (Centre Ville), zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof (Casa Voyageurs). Ich blieb in einer angemessen Größe Studio-Apartment, die mit Küchenzeile ausgestattet war. Aussicht auf den Hafen. Sehr komfortabel Bett und Kissen. Sehr sauber, spotless / unschädlich in der Tat, wenn es um Reinigung geht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Rezeptionspersonal war immer da mit einem Lächeln und wirklich bereit, bei allen Fragen zu helfen. Am Abend stehen die Sicherheitsbeamten am Eingang. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal steht in meiner Besorgnis aus: Ich habe Amina und Hicham getroffen. Amina ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat starke Augen für Details. Das Immobilien gehört zu Campanile, ich glaube, die französische Hotelgruppe. Neben ihm gibt es ein Hotel, das eine angenehme Bar bietet. Idealer Ort, eine Stunde oder zwei nach einer Tour in Casablanca zu verbringen. Die Bar bietet eine breite Palette von Getränken und Bar-Food. Das Personal gibt es ebenso sehr freundlich und professionell. Ich habe die Freude Treffen Mohammed und Hatim, die nach mir gesucht haben. Alle in allen einen sehr angenehmen Ort zu bleiben, wenn Sie in Casa sind. Sehr empfehlen

Mmark lIch bin seit 26 Tagen in Marokko unterwegs und habe beschlossen, alle meine Hotel- und Restaurantbewertungen nachzuholen. Angesichts der vielen vergleichbaren Orte glaube ich, dass meine Bewertungen eine genaue Beschreibung dieser Orte auf dem Markt widerspiegeln. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und in einer guten Gegend. Die Verwirrung beginnt jedoch damit, dass diese Hotelkette zwei gleichnamige Hotels in derselben Straße innerhalb von vier Blocks voneinander hat. Taxifahrer scheinen immer zum günstigeren Ort zu fahren. Sobald wir es wussten, war es einfach zu beheben. Aber unser Taxi vom Flughafen hat uns am falschen Ort abgesetzt, was viel Verwirrung stiftete und nach einem langen Flug Zeit verschwendete. Die Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet, der Check-in-Prozess ist nicht der beste und braucht Zeit, und das Frühstück würde ich als akzeptabel bezeichnen. . . gut aber nicht großartig Wir hatten ein paar Probleme, als wir dort für 3 Nächte waren. Das Hotelpersonal war nicht bereit, sich zu bemühen, um zu helfen, aber der Hotelmanager (Ali) war fabelhaft. Es ist ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, aber es ist nichts anderes als die 5-Sterne-Hotels in Marrakesch.

SSCDas Zimmer war schön und der Pool sehr schön. Das Frühstück war gut, aber wir baten um einen Omelett 2 mal und sie gab uns ein sehr nass gebraten Ei und danach ein sehr nass gebraten Ei, das wir überhaupt nicht genossen, aber das Frühstück hatte genug andere Optionen, so war es gut.
Das Zimmer war sauber, aber der Badezimmer Duscheboden könnte etwas sauberer sein. Das Zimmer hatte einen Ofen und ziemlich großes Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Es gab eine Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher.
Die Lage ist gut, aber der einzige Nebenteil ist, dass Sie um eine sehr lange Wand gehen müssen, auch wenn es eine kurze Möglichkeit, vom Hotel zum Strand zu kommen, aber Sie können es nicht verwenden, weil es von einem Wohnort und Sie werden von dem Einreise verweigert werden. Das ist sehr irritierend und Zeitverbrauch. Sie sollten etwas mit dem Wohnort arrangieren

GGuest UserI stayed at the Melliber Hotel for 5 nights in June 2023. I was a female travelling alone for an architectural research trip. I felt nervous because people said I must be mad travelling alone in Casablanca. For this reason, I had purchased door locks for my hotel door etc. I never used the lock once because the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was clean. The breakfast was yummy - it varied slightly each day, serving a mix of cold salad of olives, salads, lovely fresh bread and you can purchase omelettes as a extra. The breakfast time was between 6.30-10.30am. I advise getting there around 9am. The hotel is in close vicinity to the mosque and therefore does not serve alcohol. I packed a few mini bottles of wine in my suitcase, to enjoy on my balcony. Although I did feel guilty drinking wine so close to the mosque. The double glazing is effective and the prayer calling doesn’t wake you up, although personally, the sound of the calling is comforting. You should note that the cafes and restaurants near the hotel, don’t serve alcohol. Once you travel past 1k, it seems to be served. I recommend walking down to the Central Market for a delicious fish lunch if you enjoy a glass of wine with your food. Being a city, the traffic is noisy and the drivers enjoy beeping their horns, so you will find that an evening on the balcony is not peaceful. However, it is much quieter than the Movenpick - which I visited one day. I sat on the 16th floor for a drink and a rest, and the sound of the noisy horns seems to travel upwards - it was deafening! On the last day, I had a problem charging my battery pack and the lovely Melliber staff went to the trouble of purchasing a power adaptor to make it work. It still didn’t work in the end, but I could tell that the staff really cared and wanted to fix the problem. You should know that UK phone power banks don’t tend to charge on Moroccan power). I had a problem with the return airport driver, booked through Expedia. The Melliber team made the necessary calls for me to ensure I had a return driver. I definitely don’t recommend Sahara Tours drivers - see my separate review for this. Finally, the hotel kindly upgraded me to suite with a balcony with the view of the mosque, which I requested by email. If there is any room for improvement, it would be that the Melliber website does’t work for me in the UK - I was directed to a page with a security warning and therefore I had to book through Expedia. It would be great if the hotel could provide a WhatApp number for taking bookings because my emails kept going into their spam before arriving which was stressful. Plus I purchased a data only ESIM for Morocco, and WhatsApp works well on this. All in all, I score this hotel a 5 for the reasons above. Thank you. I will book for 7 nights next year, assuming they can contact me on WhatsApp.

GGuest UserVery loverly motel girl on front desk was amazing we lost credit card she couldn’t do enough tucker was great to as was air con do yourself a favour and hit bar next door taxis were great ask for did great tour off city not to mention Ricks cafe which was a bucket list adventure

GGuest UserI stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

GGuest UserIch hatte diese Idee gebucht, es ist näher an den Flughafen, aber immer noch müssen 30 Euro zahlen, um einen Taxi zum Flughafen. Auch Cuz Ich bin nur eine Nacht zu bleiben, um meinen Flug zurück zu nehmen, Ich wollte ein Hotel mit Hamman / Spa. Ich sah ihr Spa-Platz sieht gut aus. Aber eröffnen Sie es nur um 10 Uhr und es ist voll. Ich habe ein Flugzeug zu fangen, so dass ich wünsche, dass der Spa früher oder später beginnen könnte. Der Hotelmanager war genügend freundlich, um mir zu helfen, es herauszufinden und ich habe meinen Hammer und Massage. Die Dame im Spa war nicht zu nett, aber ich kann ihr sagen, sie versucht... definitiv nicht das Geld wert, als wenn ich sie um eine stärkere Massage bitte, sie sagt, ich muss dafür mehr zahlen! Erstmals sagt mir ein Masseur das. Anw es ist ein anständiges Hotel, großes Zimmer. Ich denke, es ist mehr für Geschäftsreisende.

GGuest UserI discourage using the Grand Mogador Casablanca. They do not have the amenities expected by travelers for a 5-star hotel. No casual restaurant, coffee bar, swimming pool nor lounge bar. If you want anything other than the expensive buffet, it has to be through room service or can order a small version of room service in the lobby sitting area. Although the rooms and lobby are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities. The most alarming part is that it is in a very run-down area of the city. This is not a walkable area for tourists and there is absolutely nothing close by. One of the ladies in our group got her water bottles confiscated by lobby security because you aren’t allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. There is no gift shop on the premises that sells water and snacks. She was able to retrieve it upon check-out. They couldn’t explain their reasoning for this policy! Head to the Corniche area. Much better for tourists.

Wir kamen früh ins Hotel und wurde gesagt, 15 Minuten für das Zimmer zu warten, vernünftiger Antrag ....Das Zimmer wurde gereinigt, gut gelagert mit 2 Flaschen Wasser enthalten. Betten war komfortabel .......my nur Rindfleisch war beim Frühstück ....Eine der Kaffeemaschine arbeitete nicht, was lange Wartezeiten verursacht ....My husband is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water boiler) Es war nicht immer verfügbar und erfordert die Füllung ......Auswahl in den Lebensmittelstationen sind getroffen und verpasst ....kann in der Reinigung von Lebensmitteln verbessert werden.. ein OK Frühstück ....btw, Butter ist ein Luxus in Marokko und nicht gut gelagert. Ich würde denken, wenn der Preis richtig ist, wieder zu bleiben

JJoliesIch kann sagen, das Hotel hat seine wunderschöne Zeit. Hohe Decken, große Fensterflamme, Holzmöbelfarbe in Schwarz. Überall hängen alte Bilder. Passende Vorhänge und Kopfbett, guter Stoff! Bequemes Bett, aber es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber oder es ist zu veraltet, um es sauber zu sehen. Ich schätze den Service des Personals sehr. Die Nachbarschaft war ein bisschen beängstigend, es ist wie eine verlassene Stadt.
