Basically wasn’t told of wedding and room wasn’t changed daily bedsheets and a lot of noise as was by car park and annex of stairs. Had tough time and had to complain daily until last day when they after many request from agent listened and got change of room. Is a beautiful location but seem to be not much service value for money really. I was recuperating so wanted a peaceful time, this didn’t happen.

Don’t have any choice defiant taxi if you need anything and don’t have freezer in room and you need payment to spa also cleaning not good only staff it’s helpful and wonderful and nice a view in room and breakfast is fantastic

Whilst the staff and spa were very good. The actual room was shockly bad for the price that was paid. Very bland. Cheap fitting, worn out chairs, rust on the towel heater.
Walls were Very thin. Heard our neighbours enjoying themselves at 3am!

Not a good experience! I have booked for my husbands birthday for a lake view room but our view was the roof of the ground floor and solar panels. I even asked reception to change our room but they were not helpful and straight away without checking the system said no we are fully booked.
I left my charger in the room after checkout, I call them 5 minutes after checkout and after calling several times finally the answer the phone and they said our house keepers will let us know if you left something, I said i know that I left it the plug so Im 100% sure its there. But then again they were not helpful to call me if they find it.

Pretentious with nothing to be pretentious about.
Room very worn with dangerous step3 yards into the room
Bathroom lights/fan incorrectly installed. No sink plug.
Room cold .Heating remotely turned off most of the time.Hotel NOT suitable for people with restricted movement.Reception badly informed.Not what we paid for,very poor value.bed awful ,barman faultless.

The hotel is in a good location but not the best if you don’t drive.
Disappointed that even though staying at the hotel you have to pay extra to use it. Never had this before at a hotel.
The room we had is big but the bed was small and really hard not comfy at all.

We thought the whole place looked a bit tired especially carpets in main areas.
The beds were very small which made them uncomfortable .
Have never been charged for cooked breakfast in a hotel of similar quality.
Also never been charged for using the swimming pool in the spa. Expect to pay for treatments but not the pool.
The food was good especially the bar meal.
The location saved the day. Good job itbeasn’t summer as the patio and furniture outside our room was dirty. Not good value. A disappointing 80 th birthday for my husband.
