Hotel Bocagrande by Geh Suites

I stayed this week in this hotel, I have to say that it was a regrettable experience from all angles. From the moment I arrived, the reception was disappointing. The first thing that happened was that at the time of check-in, when I presented my documents, the receptionist had the audacity to ask intrusive questions and review all the pages of my passports. She put my documents on trial. I never spent a moment So in my life not even at an immigration customs, the reservation had been paid for a day before when I confirmed it from the Edreams page, the same receptionist tried to charge me again and demanded that I show her my bank account to show her that the payment It had been done when they should have had all the information that the travel agency confirmed a day before, the employees were all very rude, not at all prepared to serve tourists, the customer service was disappointing, one of the beds was missing a leg When we used it we fell to the floor due to lack of stability, and to top it all off, when I got home I noticed that I was missing some clothes that were in my suitcase, that is, we were victims of a robbery in the room. A hotel definitely to avoid on a possible visit to Cartagena.

We hard a bad time at the hotel, to the point we had to cancel our review and leave for another place. There was no hot water in the showers, the (broken) window wouldn't shut completely, curtains were transparent, sheets were old, there was a lot of noise from 6am onwards, and the breakfast was served in dirty tables with little variety at our disposal. I will give credit where credit is due and praise the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. In short, I wouldn't recommend it. At all.

Solo puedo destacar su ubicación. En el centro de bocagrande. Es una residencial más que un hotel . El comedor habían moscas y palomas. Debe tener muchos años porque se observa una infraestructura deteriorada. Es muy básico. El desayuno que ofrecen no es de lo mejor. Comimos 5 días huevo revueltos Con tostadas. Las mesas sucias. A veces te colocan toallas. Un día no tuvimos agua. Compramos por Falabella un paquete y sale hotel 4 estrellas. Hay que agradecer la atención de los recepcionista por la paciencia de atender todos los reclamos

Excelente servicio y cerca a la playa su ubicación lo hace muy práctico para nosotros los turistas, y en este sector hay variadas locales comerciales para nuestra comodidad, hay droguerías bastantes sitios de comidas es una avenida muy comercial.

Malo por falabella me dijeron 4 estrellas y está caro para 2 pieza edionda a humedad, sin citofono , sin frigobar, sin secador de pelo, me cambiaron tres veces porque reclamé, el desayuno limitado no lo recomiendo..en la.noche mucha bulla y no dejaban dormir los restaurantes
