Beautiful resort with a nature concept. The rooms are spacious and clean. The downsides were most of the rooms plugs in 206 were not working. Some burning smells in evening and night from local villages. The restaurant needs serious attention. Our problem is resolved, but we hope they can pay more attention and guest satisfaction when we return in the future. Also the beach area and around pool has many cigarettes on the floor. This wrecks the nature and ambiance point a bit. Hopefully it can be more serious about people who litter the area. We liked the beach and the turtles, as well as the other animals. Especially the stray cats, they are so lovely. There are some areas for swimming at mid and high tide and snorkeling around the jetty at mid tide is nice. It is refreshing to experience a resort that is so spacious with nature. Hopefully future guests can also take care and not destroy it by throwing litter everywhere. Also the light pollution at night would be nice to reduce, so guests can see the stars.

In the resort itself, there are so many activities to do. The room was really clean and the breakfast was alright. If you would like some privacy and a peace of mind, this the right place to stay. I was really pleasantly surprised by their service, efficient and polite. I ordered their room service twice and the food was amazing. Im not too sure what is around the area but definitely would stay here again.

Tempatnya benar2 nyaman, anak2 sangat senanh karena ada mini zoo, kebun sayur jga, bisa kasih makan ikan dan penyu..bersih, pelayanan rmaah dan cepat...next pasti kesini lgi

Seruu... cottage nya bagus...lokasinya pinggir pantai...anak-anak puas berenang di kolam dan di pantai. Peralatan dapur lengkap, kasur wangi dan bersih. Cottage nya ada 2 kamar tidur dan 1 kamar mandi, 1 toilet, dapur dan ruang makan, ruang tv

Alhamdullilah, liburan sudah selesai sangat berkesan dan puas dengan harga yang di tawarkan, soalnya fasilitasnya oke banget banyak spot-spot buat anak-anak nya, jadi pokoknya seru di tambah tempatnya rapih dan bersih... Pokoknya pengen lagi kesana deh... Puas banget lengkap deh 🥰🥰🥰 terima kasih healing yang mengesankan

While we love the resort and facilities. Unfortunately we had a bad experience here a few times, with the restaurant. They served us old food on multiple occasions at breakfast, lunch, dinner over different dates. One mistake is acceptable, however this happened so many times and the staff do not know how to handle complaints well. It causes more frustration to the customer. Very embarrassing, especially since I took my guests from Japan to try Gado Gado for the first time. Hopefully they can take serious action about this, it is unacceptable and only a matter of time before someone gets seriously sick. That aside, we will still return to stay, the rooms are beautiful and the grounds are magnificent.
