Hotels in der Nähe von Iglesia Parroquial de Santa Rosalía, Caracas

Wir haben übernachtet nach der Ankunft in Caracas vor dem Flug nach Margarita am nächsten Tag. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet ca. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Servicestandards sind akzeptabel, aber sicherlich nicht 5-star oder im Einklang mit internationalen Marriott Standards. Interaktionen mit dem Personal waren „Transaktionen“ statt „Erfahrungen“. Mangel an Managementsichtbarkeit ist bemerkbar. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, aber die Teppiche waren ziemlich datiert und hatten einen starken Dampfgeur. Innerhalb des Zimmers gab es viele Wartungsfragen: berüstete Make-up-Spiegel, gebrochene elektrische Panel, fehlerhafte Türverriegelung, Toilette nicht fluss und ein allgemeines Mangel an Aufmerksamkeit auf Details. Die wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Lage in Venezuela ist ein Faktor zu betrachten, sollte aber nicht als Rechtfertigung für schlechte Wartung verwendet werden. Der Schwimmbadbereich ist eines der besten Teile dieses Hotels, viele Lounges und eine gute Aussicht. Es gibt eine Bäckerei in der Nähe, um einen Snack zu kaufen oder Frühstück zu haben, sie machen auch Pizza am Abend. Hotel wird von mehreren Fluggesellschaften für ihre Crew-Unterkunft verwendet, aber das war nicht ein Problem. Dieses Hotel hat Potenzial, muss aber noch stärker auf eine bessere Serviceleistung ausgerichtet werden.

Die Aufmerksamkeit ist besonders. Sie sind sehr vorsichtig. Ich würde mich sicher wieder aufnehmen.

We didn't sleep. Hotel in anonymous old 90s business style or like a north Korea hotel. The A/C is massive everywhere maybe set at 18° and temperature in all the structure from cold to freezing. Even in room was noisy and cold even with 30°C and heater set on the display. Stench of closed. Window not openable. We didn't sleep the night because the temperature even switching off the air. Towels and bed linen just ”washed” but not clean and fragrant. Towels old and very small, the the body towel like a face towel and the face towel like an hankie. Taps clean but old and with limescale. Breakfast with almost everything but completely tasteless. The pool was small and a croaking music CD always working made bothersome to stay in the area. We paid the absurd price of 197 U$ but the receptionist firstly gave me a receipt of something like 8170 Bolivares...did we paid a scam price for overseas customers ? We are totally unsatisfied, we didnt sleep and this is not a five stars, it worth no more than 50$. I recommend to choose another hotel with shuttle service or even if you have to pay a cab for the airport. Hope the pilots and cabin crew do not rest here for the night before a flight since in my opinion it is hard to do.

Buena la atención , trabajadores amables y un hotel q conserva su originalidad , instalaciónes en buen estado , solo un detalle en la piscina la cual debio tener un visor de temperatura ya q la brisa y climaves algo frio por la zona , pero en general una magnifica opcion pata pasar en falilia

This is my first time in Venezuela and I came for Bussiness, I Chose the Hotel JW Marriott for my First Stay and I totally recommend It: beacause of its Nice People, great Service and elegant place! I Will come Back for Sure

If you want to be treated as a 5 star guest don’t think it more. Go To the Renaissance. Everyone starting from the bell boy (Kerbel) the front desk people the restaurant treat you as family and you think you are the only guest of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable excellent beds. If going to Caracas these is the place to stay. It’s location etc etc
