Urban Oasis Aparthotel

Just superb. Nothing to complain about. I booked through their website which is always what I try to do because most of these other third-party booking sites are not that reliable these days. These guys have been very helpful, they answered all my questions via Whatsapp making sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their apartments are very clean and are being cleaned every day. I have stayed in other apartment setup (Airbnb types), usually these are not cleaned every day. The cleaning lady used to come at around 11:00am to 12:30pm which was great timing, and of course you could always tell them you don't need them cleaning if that is what you want. The only issue is I didn't know they would be doing this, so, the first day we were caught off guard because we went out only to come back to cleaned house, this was great but it could be a different story if we left valuables not well attended. That being said I don't think their cleaners would have stolen anything, though it is better to safe than sorry. The apartment location is superb. Very safe neighbourhood in the middle of Cape Town, the area is called District 6, even the Uber driver who took us from the Airport said in that area we had nothing to worry about. We could walk all night if that is what we wanted. The only issue which is completely unrelated to Urban Oasis is that a dead body was found a couple of floors below us on our last day of staying there.

We stayed at Urban Oasis Apart Hotel in Cape Town during December and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located in the Cape Town City Bowl on a quiet street that is protected by security 24 hours a day. There’s also a 24-hour parking facility nearby, though availability isn’t guaranteed. It’s advisable to arrange parking in advance, but we had no issues finding a spot near the hotel on the street during our stay. The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and helpful, making it a pleasure to communicate with them. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and serviced daily. The bed was comfortable, though it felt a little short for my height (1.94m), but I still slept well. The street itself was calm and quiet. The hotel features a bar that operates until midnight, but it wasn’t busy during our visit. While there are some restaurants on the same street, we didn’t dine there. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it was mostly closed during our stay, so we didn’t get to use it.

Nice apartment for the whole family with gym and pool. Kitchen has all items to prepare meals and to wash clothes.

I loved this location - close to everything and easy to find. The restaurant and bar on site was convenient for dinner and breakfast. Very affordable option in the CBD.

Fantastic reception, crew very friendly theyll do their best to help you, breakfast and coffee are of very good quality, safe place. Only downside for me, thin walls not great when neighbours are night owls.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful - made us feel so welcome when we arrived. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The location was fantastic, easy to walk around the neighbourhood, close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the flower market and station as well.
