I am a fairly regular visitor to Capetown and a full-time traveler for my business. I'm in the event and hospitality industry and know a thing or two about how customers should be treated. My story is fairly simple, one night I was planning a trip and was interested in one of the nicer rooms. Decided to go ahead and try them out however 15 minutes later I realized I had booked the wrong dates. Now the dates booked were 6 weeks in advance

Room amenities i.e shampoo was placed in coke bottles in the bathrooms
checked out early due to status of the apar**ent . Tried getting hold of WHosting and no one availble and not responding to emails.

The staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in a fabulous position in the Waterfront and we loved the beautiful Cocktail Bar gazing out at the harbor.

I have no doubt that when the apar**ent was new, it was an amazing place. But not anymore! The place is just falling apart:
• the place was dirty. Each room has carpets. both of them were super dirty, with stains all over. Very disgusting. I couldn’t walk barefoot.
• The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The duvet was dirty
• The doors of the laundry were falling apart. also the kitchen drawers.
• the sink constantly clogs. not enough kitchen utensils. I went and bought some of them to be able to cook.
• the living room furniture were disgusting. I found food between the cushions. it has also a big carpet in the middle of the living room that was also super dirty.
The only pros of this apar**ent that IS NOT in the waterfront, but walking distance from it, is that you were able to walk to the V&A through the canals like in10 minutes and that has security 24 hours. you cannot walk at night because they closed the canal doors for security reasons.
This is not a hotel, It is a normal apar**ent building where they rent one apar**ent.
I stayed there for 10 days! and I regret it!!

Cape town is amazing. The residence is central to all the tourist attractions in Capetown.Its a few minutes lovely walk through the canal walkway to the marina shops.. it's beautiful!
Comfortable, convenient and great communication with management.
Would definitely recommend it for a fisrt timer visiting Capetown.
