The hotel is situated in great area, but the room I got is not the same as shown in promoted picture, in the promoted picture the ocean can be partly seen from the room but the room I got I cant see the even the beach

Wir haben das La Splendida Hotel nach drei Jahren Pause wieder besucht. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Treppenhaus und viele Ecken die Fenster und Terasse sollten mal richtig gereinigt werden. Am Sonntag war den ganzen Tag eine Party mit lauter Musik im Restaurant. Das war sehr störend. Die Lage ist super, das meiste Personal auch freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind gross aber ohne Dekoration, nichts ist liebesvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren von 31.12 - 2.1, das der 31.12 laut ist und die Angestellte hinter das Hotel feiern möchte, verstehen wir sehr gut, das aber jeden Abend auf der Parkplatz (der direkt unter die Zimmerfenster ist) Fiesta und Lärm machen müssen ist unverständlich. Der Frühstück war solala, die Angestellte OK - fast überall sind die Angestellte sehr nett und lachen gern, ausser in dieses Hotel.

Ich war 4 Nächte im La Spledida. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, mit einem separatem Sofa und Tisch, grossem Kühlschrank, heller Einrichtung und alles sehr sauber. Der Ausblick über die Wiese zum Meer. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück kann man in der Sonne geniessen. Das Essen tip top. Am Wochenende ist es etwas laut, da das Restaurant Sotano im gleichen Gebäude ist. Aber um 22 Uhr war keine Musik mehr hören. Sehr empfehlenswertes kleines und zentral gelegenes Hotel, direkt beim Green Point Park, beim Lighthouse, MyCitibus und Hop-on Hop-off Bus.

I enjoy my stay! Clean & spacious rooms. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Location is great and view from down stairs is lovely - right across from the ocean. Rooms have a fridge, cupboards, draws, kitchenette, dressing table. WIFI is great as well. Overall a good experience.

Stayed for 6 nights in superior room. Room was excellent with views of sea and mountains from both balconies. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great and all of the restaurant staff were friendly too. This hotel is in a great position, you can walk to V&A in around 20 mins and the tour red/blue bus stop is opposite. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

We have just returned from a fantastic 12 night stay at La Splendida. Great hotel and location on the sea front, rooms are spacious, clean and airy. 8 of us stayed and the staff were helpful from beginning to end! The Sotana restaurant was a lovely place to eat and chill out after a long day sightseeing too. Can’t wait to return 😎

Stayed here with my partner for One night as we went to Calabash. The lobby area and restaurant is abslultely stunning. Great service and we loved the ambiance. I can sit in that restaurant all day long! Great food too. The gentleman -our waiter- and lady (who helped me with my phone charger) at around 15:00 - 31 Jan - were so nice and friendly! We thought the house wine were very crisp and enjoyable too! Also the gentleman that checked us in around 13:00 on the 31st Jan. So nice and efficient. Only positive critisism I can offer , is that I feel the room needs a bit of attention. The aircon was making a constant loud noise and not very cold.. and the TV … only two channels worked. Very bad reception too. Plugs.. I had to plug in my phone upstairs? No phone plugs next to the bed. Good stay overall though and will visit again.

Room was very spacious a d restaurant had good variety menu with very tasty meals and service. The common areas of the hotel lacks maintenance and cleanliness. The smoking area at back of hotel parking area is not ideal for a guest as this area not hygienic, clean nor aesthetically pleasing.
