Location wise this place is good to stay but for the price they are charging they services are very poor. Bathrooms are so small. You need squeeze in. They have pool but timing are too bad, 9am to 7pm are timings, it doesn't make sense as people visit actual places in goa not their pool in those timings. Breakfast is good here but it starts at 8am, if you want to visit places in goa in the morning they you have to miss the breakfast. We requested for additional floor mats but no one really cared. We requested for late checkout but they charged for that also. Overall, if you are a foreign traveller and stays for more than a week, then it is ok for you. For indian who wants to stay less a than a week, avoid this place, not worth it.

riva is a fine property, cozy stay, well maintained, prompt service, good breakfast is all that is needed in the morning which is so good and fulfilling. easy accessible as it is bang on the road towards fort aquada. parking is an issue because hardly any space. rooms are well maintained, the swimming pool is small but enough to chill. i will recommend riva and may come and stay here. cheers 🍻

Es ist ein Hotel mit einem Pool in einem schönen Haus. Es ist lustig und ruhig und gemütlich Ich empfehle Seabreeze Resort

Ich bestellte keine Nahrung, da ich viele Optionen außerhalb gefunden habe. Das Hotel insgesamt für mich wurde als altes Eigentum gefunden. Er braucht Renovierung und neue Einrichtungen, um insbesondere das Waschzimmer zu machen. Wenn man nicht viel in den Aufenthalt und ziemlich ok mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen, obwohl angemessen genug investieren möchte, dann pls. Opt. Aber sehr zentral gelegen.

Receptionist was good. But dint inform about the complementary high tea and not provided. Complementary break fast also average, only the omelette counter was good. Rest of the bunch doesn't know wat customer service is. But they are good wen it comes to asking review and everywhere a review qr standee is placed.

Great rooms that are spacious and clean. Good service from team. Proximity to cliff and beach is a plus.
