Bluebell Beach Resort

The stay was good at hotel. I prefer the hotel because the hotel is at the beach side and walkable distance for shopping at candolim.

We recently stayed at 7 sea beach resort it was one of the best property next to the beach food quality was excellent💯👍 room was clean and all staff is good 🤩

Location is excellent, just on the sea. Top it with superb management & courteous staff offering mind-blowing individual attention. Food is excellent. Got a superb parking. Johnny tyagi & ajay sinha are excellent host.

What a horrendous and horrible experience it was. Please do not book this property unless you wish to punish your friends, family and loved ones. First of all this place is far from called a three star property. May be a century ago but not now. The entire resort was under maintenance. Having booked a premium room (which had a bath tub) i was offered a basic and small room by the staff. After enquiring they told me that the prices for premium room are different and the rooms were occupied. After intervened some senior staff member (don’t remember the name and happy to not remember) requested me to adjust. He mentioned that all the rooms with bath tubs are under maintenance and the only bigger room they had was given to a staff member to rest. Clearly they were lying earlier. Finally they vacated the bigger room and offered me the same suggesting that by next day they would shift me to the actual room which i had actually booked but it never happened. The furniture of the room was shabby, rustic and old. The only mini fridge had no switch. Some of the staff seemed rude and the other half of them had no clue of what they are into. The free wifi has a speed of tortoise. The phone/intercom in the room doesn’t work. Looking at the things around the pool didn’t even feel like taking a dip. Since the resort was under maintenance, the constant banging and repairing sound took toll on our afternoon naps. The free breakfast is nothing but comprises of two items which is far from a goan or continental breakfast. The only silver lining is that the beach is 200 meters walk from the resort. But overall my fun trip became a torturous experience.

The property is under renovation, completely dirty and 0 service. There is no proper parking available and the furnitures are swollen.

The rooms were not in good condition, though the location was ok. Food no choice and limited. Lots of mosquito and insect including rats could be seen.

The stay at the property was horrible. On reaching the reception i was denied entry to the room because there was a rate issue between the hotel and make my trip. On speaking to mm t customer care the hotel took pity on my ailing wife and issue was resolved after around 2 hours. After giving medicine to my wife and having dinner at around 11 pm we noticed that the room couldn't be locked from inside. The reception was informed and they could not do much ultimately i had to contact the owner and he helped and got the room changed. We retired to bed at around 12. 30 am after a horrible day. Next day in room no. 108 we noticed that taps are leaking, flush is not working, tv is not working and electric kettle is not working. We contacted the reception 10 times but of no use. Then we decided to bear with the situation for the next 3 days. I had read this earlier in the reviews but thought it could happen to others not to me and the owners could have taken action after earlier reviews. Please don't waste your money and destroy your holidays by opting for this property

Terrible. I booked and payed for 2 nights, but just stayed only 4 hours (late night check in and there was no option to search for another at that time) next day early morning left the place and found another comfortable place. Such a dirty place with stinky smell everywhere with broken toilets. Night reception staff behavior same as the property explained above. Hope i will get back the 2nd night payment.
