Wonderful staff; noted my struggle with walking stick and offered me change of room to near restaurant and pool which suited me just fine! Room clean Staff very attentive Food well presented Breakfast absolutely comprehensive! And abundant

Great experience. Good ambience, clean rooms, beds and toiletries. Food is sumptuous. Choices of vegetarian as well as non vegetarian is available. Polite staff. We stayed in villa. It gives the feel of home away from home. The best part is you have your private pool.

We are a couple from the UK just back from spending 2 weeks in Goa staying at this resort. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, the weather was incredible, the food sensational and the people very friendly and helpful. Good things about the Hotel and area: We stayed in one of the 2 family villas that share a private pool. It was huge, loads of space, beds were extremely comfortable, plentiful hot (scalding if you aren't careful) water, effective air conditioning. Fresh towels, including pool towels, were provided every day as well as 4 bottles of water and beds were made etc. The whole complex is kept immaculate, the grounds are pretty and manicured, clean pools, beautiful flowers and greenery. We only ate once in the hotel for dinner, despite having half board, and the food was good. The staff are friendly and attentive. The pools, both the main one and our private one were lovely, clean and refreshing, and never busy when we were there. In fact the whole resort was very quiet and peaceful, even the two nights they hosted a wedding. The beach, which is huge, clean (for India) with a million beach shacks serving great food and drinks, from where you can watch awesome sunrises is a 5 minute walk. You can take the direct sand path from the hotel but we found a paved path which we preferred to walk on that runs pretty much in parallel. You are merely yards from many many bars, restaurants and shops. You could eat at a different restaurant every night for a month and the food in each was incredible. I have no problem eating curry every evening when they taste as good as this. Our favourites were Coyotes, Fishermans Cove and the Jazz Cafe - most of them do live music every night. Not so Good things about the Hotel and area (although bear in mind this is India and not Tenerife): The kitchen in the villa was huge and the fridge was ok, but there was not a single implement in it - I had to ask for 2 wine glasses, some snack bowls and I bought some teaspoons in the supermarket. It would also be good if they could provide a cloth to wipe surfaces, and a tea towel. Our villa was cleaned every day but if you spill something there was no way to clean it up...unless you used a white hand towel, not ideal. The track that leads to the hotel has multiple derelict unused dumped cars 10 yards from the entrance - I completely appreciate they are not owned by the hotel and therefore not under their control but it does affect your first impressions of the place and I would be surprised if the hotel owners couldn't influence/persuade/fund their removal. The hotel does have a room rather ambitiously called a "Fitness Center" - I used the weights in there every day and did yoga on a mat I bought in the supermarket but the 3 machines in there (2 treadmills and a stair master) did not work the whole time I was there. If you go somewhere expecting a gym you then bring your gym kit, so it's a pain when you realise you have brought it for nothing. Breakfast was ok

This resort is well maintained. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The rooms were well kept. Resort is very welcoming. The beach is at a walkable distance just 1 min walk. The market, supermart and restaurants are all nearby. I would recommend this resort.
