From the first moment you walk into the room, the musty smell hits you like a brick! The room we had was very small, but that didn’t bother us at all. It was the stagnant, stale air and the unmistakable smell of a very old hotel room, which once-upon-a-time was inhabited by smoking guests. I tried without success to open a window - I was desperate for some fresh air! On night two of our stay, after returning from a full day out exploring Canberra, I was astonished to see that housekeeping had replaced our towels, but not bothered to make the bed, empty the rubbish bin or vacuum the floor! This property is described as 4-star on the Best Western website, I have no idea how they are able to claim this rating! The breakfast selection can only be described as bare minimum, but the most disturbing thing about the breakfast “buffet” was how messy the entire area was! We found crumbs and pieces of rubbish scattered on each of the tables holding the food. Needless to say, we took a hard pass on the breakfast! The only positive I have to offer about our experience at this hotel is that the water pressure in the shower was very good.

Die Standards im Haus sind sehr einfach und die Gesundheit ist allgemein. Wenn Sie die Nacht übernachten können, empfehlen Sie eine andere, die bequemer ist, wenn Sie sich auf Urlaub verlassen. Für die Reise bringt Sie eine gute Stimmung.

Stayed 3 nights in a standard queen room. The room was nice, although a bit dark as I was on the ground floor with a small window facing the hotels covered entrance. The bed was very soft, maybe too soft for some. The bathroom with walk in shower was compact but functional. The hotel is close the main attractions, with free secure onsite parking. Kingston shops are close by with many nice cafes and supermarket. It has a fully mini bar in the room but I found the prices too high, $9 for a bottle of beer, so I Didnt use it. I got a great rate for my stay.

Wir haben uns auf einer Familienreise für 4 Nächte gewählt. Wir haben uns aufgrund seiner Nähe zu allem mit Pinnacle begeben. Sehr nahe an Restaurants, Coles ist auch nur 2 Minuten Fahrt entfernt, wenn Sie länger bleiben und Kräfte etc benötigen. Bei der Eincheckung wurde uns informiert, dass wir im anderen Block, der Teil der Räumlichkeiten ist, aber der Eingang ist über Leichardt St, aber war leicht zu navigieren aufgrund der an der Rezeption gegebenen Richtungen. Kann die Räumlichkeiten nicht fehlgeschlagen. Wir haben in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung geblieben, die sehr groß war, die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und teuer. Ich zöge nicht, die Pinnacle Apartments zu empfehlen.

Die Einrichtungen sind perfekt und das Hotel ist sehr neu!

Die ersten Eindrücke des Hotels waren gut. Allerdings war das Niveau der Einrichtungen und einige der Kundenservice enttäuschend. In dem Zimmer waren unsere Badehandtücher drahtbar und schüttelnd, eine der Seifeboxen war leer und es gab nur einen Bürostuhl, um auf TV zu setzen. Als wir eine Zusätzliche Milch beantragten, gingen wir später in unser Zimmer zurück, um sie auf dem Tisch zu finden, statt in den Kühlschrank zu platzieren. Wir sind am Samstag Abend vor 9 Uhr wieder im Hotel zurückgekehrt, und wir gingen in den Barbereich, um nur zu sagen, dass der Service beendet war und die Kaffeemaschine nicht verfügbar war. Barpersonal war völlig uninteressant. Ich muss zugeben, dass er am nächsten Abend, als wir das Thema an einen Manager erwähnten, sehr verantwortlich war und uns einen kostenlosen Kaffee und Entschuldigung anbietete. Wir fühlten die Unterkunft zu vernünftigen Preisen, aber Frühstück und Parkplatzkosten sind eine touch-costs.

跟上海的柏悦不一樣，這棟建築最高應該就五六樓，是一百年前就存在了的，外面看着比較普通，裏面是很古典的感覺，給人的整體氛圍是一切都恰到好處不張揚。我入住的外交官套房，浴室的階梯式深泡浴缸很漂亮，就和攜程的圖例是一樣的。客廳的設計和酒店整體的基調很相似，雖然看起來年代很久但是設計放到現在也能打，很有特色。有些酒店是很新的，比如墨爾本的麗思卡爾頓，你可以體驗到最新的設施，有些酒店比如這家柏悦，內部的裝修風格就是很經典，給人的感覺是絕不過時，經久不衰的，哪怕再過50年，有更加新的設施，更多的設計風格問世，這家酒店也有屬於它的吸引人的地方。 説完這些美好的，我來説説一些這個酒店討人厭的地方吧。陽台上的味道實在是太逆天了，我都不知道哪裡來的味道，既不是外面草坪的味道，也不是房間裏的味道，那兩個沙發真的很臟，我是不想坐，我建議你們也別坐。而且陽台非常**，還很矮，給人一種很侷促的感覺，令人非常不舒服。卧室裏是沒有主燈的，就衹有三個小枱燈，全開了也很暗，簡直就是**。還有晚上開了燈三四蟲就開始圍繞在燈上轉了。最逆天的一點，我入住三天兩晚，我遇到了大概至少20個工作人員吧，僅僅一個人對我們笑了一下，其他的人感覺都跟機器人一樣，看到了人就跟沒看到一樣，面無表情地走過，甚至還有人看到我以後跟幾把見到鬼了一樣，這眼神就一下子變得凝重起來，我尋思我就是個打扮正常長相正常的普通成年男性啊？我尋思着如家打掃衞生的清潔員有的時候見到你了心情好了也會笑着對你打個招呼吧？然後我看到一個酒店服務生非常熱情地領着一位看起來是當地人的女性顧客按電梯，哈哈，對於有沒有種族歧視我就持保留意見吧，我看到的東西也不全，不好瞎説哈，衹是如果你們想要得到柏悦級別的服務的話，希望你們看了這篇文章以後可以打個預防針，不要太失望。另外我看到很多人説澳洲酒店是沒有服務的，我在墨爾本麗思卡爾頓從入住到出來遇到的每一個服務生都會笑着和我打招呼，所以我就不多説什麼了吧。 總而言之，酒店整體是有他的特色的，但是服務真的一言難盡，至少我體驗到的是這樣，我希望你們可以得到更好的服務。堪培拉的酒店裡這個也確實是最好的酒店了，沒有什麼別的選擇，價格有的時候就悉尼柏悦的五分之一左右，價格上來説相對別的柏悦絕對是便宜的，但是我建議你們至少在服務方面不要對它抱有太高的期望。

One of the worst cases of theft, bullying, abuse and intimidation that I have ever experienced as a hotel guest. And I travel often (and many motels would give me glowing testimonials). The owners effectively stole 900 dollars from me by accepting my 8 night reservation, then bullying me out as soon as they saw my face. I only stayed for 2 nights. They never offered a refund or apologized for their hateful, condescending speech and unprofessional conduct/bullying. My crime? Apparently I drove a little too fast out of the car park (yup - seriously - they threatened to kick me out because of this) and I complained about prolonged noise by gossiping staff. When I was exhausted from work and needed to rest, they knocked on my door, and physically intimidated me, speaking to me like a child and criminal (not like an adult and long-term customer). Some of the abhorrent things that they said to my face: ”You think that your 1200 dollars matters? We are fully booked out for this weekend. I gave you a discount for that room! (by the way, at 150 per night, there was no microwave and I didn't sleep well on the too-soft mattresses and pillows, so not good value anyway)” ”This is a motel. People will make noise. If other guests want to talk, they are allowed to! (I was referring to prolonged noise - and many good motels consider this a valid concern).” After they had intimidated me, the female owner said, tauntingly, ”Do I need to call someone for you?” Hey owners - if my 1200 dollars isn't worth anything to you because you are fully booked out all the time, why don't you give me my money back? Many hotels consider me an outstanding guest - I am quiet, mind my own business and am financially sound. Like I countered to them: ”Have I done *****? No. Have I done alcohol? No. Have I painted the room? No.” They threatened to kick me out because they are domineering, controlling personalities who don't like it when clients have a point and defend themselves. I strongly advise against pretty women staying here - and don't book a week-long stay here, because they'll just make up an imaginary crime, bully you into leaving and not give a refund. The behaviour of the owner makes me even more disgusted and ashamed of this country. Bullying and abuse is not right.

Saw the reviews and was not expecting much. I have been surprised to be honest. The reception was helpful, check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, well equipped and the bed, lovely and soft and we had the best nights sleep. The only gripe was the communal area toilets were grubby but that’s down to dirty people. You get what you pay for and we were comfortable and can only speak of our experience.
