Ich habe Can Tho besucht, weil ich an einem ruhigen Ort sein wollte. Als Hotel wählten wir Sheraton. Ich kam mit einem Morgenflug im Hotel an, konnte aber glücklicherweise früh einchecken und mein Besuch in Can Tho begann. Da Can Tho City klein ist, halte ich die Lage des Hotels nicht für sehr aussagekräftig. Darüber hinaus waren die Hotelbedingungen, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das Frühstück am Morgen wirklich großartig. Tagsüber trainierten und aßen wir im Hotel und schlenderten abends durch Ninh Kieu. Ich blieb insgesamt 6 Tage und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung.

Ich habe 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Lassen Sie mich Ihnen einige Unannehmlichkeiten erläutern. 1 Es gibt zu viele Unterschiede in der Mitarbeiterschulung. Der Unterschied zwischen freundlichen und unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern ist groß. Ich bin ein paar Mal mit dem Taxi zum Hotel gefahren, aber niemand hat sich darum gekümmert. Ich weiß nicht, warum sie einen Portier haben, wenn sie nicht einmal Hallo sagen. 2. Das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht sehr lecker und das Personal ist unhöflich. Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Pizza oder Spaghetti in einem Hotel gegessen. 3. Dies ist der erste Ort, an dem ich das Gefühl von Federn im Bett gespürt habe. Ich bin morgens aufgewacht und mein Rücken tat weh. 4. Nachts hörte ich immer wieder Gesang, also schaute ich hinein und es hörte sich an, als wäre der Lärm aus der Karaoke-Bar im 20. Stock ein Geräusch zwischen den Etagen. Als ich ihn einmal hörte, störte er mich. Wenn wir das oben Genannte verbessern, wird es ein großartiges Hotel, das einem 5-Sterne-Hotel würdig ist.

Wir hatten leider nur eine Übernachtung auf unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel, waren aber begeistert. Es liegt zentral im Stadtzentrum und das Flussufer mit vielen Lokalen, wo sich abends eine Menge Einheimische und Touristen treffen, liegt direkt vor der Türe. Das Hotel wirkt modern und gepflegt, auch die Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon in den oberen Zimmern hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Beim Frühstück findet jeder etwas, die Auswahl ist in Ordnung. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall zum Besichtigen der Stadt und diversen Bootsausflügen empfehlen.

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. Hervorragender Service und gutes Essen. Hotel ist sehr schön und im kolonialen Stil gehalten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich toll, die Insel wird in Ruhe gelassen, es gibt überall üppige alte Banyanbäume, die Zimmer sind zweimal am Tag sanitär, die Qualität des Hotelpersonals ist auch sehr gut und sie lächeln jedes Mal, wenn sie sich treffen. Auf der Insel können Sie Fahrrad fahren und mit der Natur im Lotusduft tanzen. Es ist wirklich schön! Das Wichtigste ist, dass das Hotelpersonal in diesem Kampf gegen die Epidemie die Chinesen nicht ausschloss, uns bei der Vorbereitung aller benötigten Dinge half, sich viele Male zu unserer Flugsituation beraten und uns die Wärme eines Zuhauses im Ausland spüren ließen Land. Bisher das einzige Hotel, das nach sechs Nächten nicht müde ist.

Das Hotel ist groß, ziemlich neu, das Zimmerdesign ist geräumig, sauber, das Frühstücksmenü ist relativ reich und lecker. Belegen direkt am Fluss, so cool. Guter Preis. Die ganze Gruppe verfügt auch über ein Restaurant mit großer Kapazität, einen Kaffee und Dienstleistungen für Gäste.

Chuyến đi vừa qua tôi đã chọn V'Luna Hotel Cần Thơ vì : - Vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển đi sân bay Cần Thơ và tới Bến Ninh Kiều chỉ 5 phút. - Khách sạn mới, trang thiết bị hiện đại - Điểm + là nhân viên rất thân thiện và dễ thương. Trung thực mà nói , tôi đã ở khu Bến Ninh Kiều - trung tâm cũng có nhiều lựa chọn. Nhưng nhược điểm khách sạn cũ, ồn ào và giá cao. Vậy sao Bạn không chọn V' luna ? Bạn sẽ mê đó !

This is a small family run accommodation, with home cooked meals and a personal touch. The family were friendly, with the 2 younger ladies having good English. The room was lovely, and although we chose an air con room which was described as being first floor and not on the water, this did it an injustice. It was up about 5 steps onto the verandah, and although the verandah wasn't sticking out OVER the water (as some of the rooms were), it was right next to the water and facing it. So we were very pleased. I guess the room was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly fine for our needs, with a comfortable bed and good air con. I don't think staff came inside the room at all during our stay, but they did leave fresh towels outside for us each day. We had fun trying out the kayaks one day, for the life of me I don't know how we didn't fall in as it was so wobbly on getting in! We also used the hotel's free bikes, which was great. They gave us a map of where to go, to get to Can Tho itself, and talked us through it to ensure we were clear. I was then able to easily follow the route on Google Maps. We really enjoyed the cycle trip, it was a good chance to venture out on our own, and to explore Can Tho. We were asked each day to confirm what time we wanted to eat, I guess with it being home cooked food it helped them to plan ahead. All food was delicious, you didn't choose from a menu - which I hadn't realised, so was a bit alarmed when food just was brought to the table on our first evening, as I am vegetarian and my husband is not very adventurous with his food! But they had remember I had noted being veggie on my booking and had done me something specially, and we both really enjoyed our food. They had an honesty system for drinks, where you helped yourself, and wrote down on bit of paper what you had consumed. Then at the end they used that to create your bill. The only small thing I'd say is that I hadn't realised from the online photos, that there is actually nowhere near the pool to sit and sunbathe. It wasn't a big deal for us, we still took a couple of dips in the pool, but had we intended to stay more nights we'd have definitely been a bit disappointed there. All in all we loved staying here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
