Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. Ich habe Can Tho besucht, weil ich an einem ruhigen Ort sein wollte. Als Hotel wählten wir Sheraton. Ich kam mit einem Morgenflug im Hotel an, konnte aber glücklicherweise früh einchecken und mein Besuch in Can Tho begann. Da Can Tho City klein ist, halte ich die Lage des Hotels nicht für sehr aussagekräftig. Darüber hinaus waren die Hotelbedingungen, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das Frühstück am Morgen wirklich großartig. Tagsüber trainierten und aßen wir im Hotel und schlenderten abends durch Ninh Kieu. Ich blieb insgesamt 6 Tage und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich toll, die Insel wird in Ruhe gelassen, es gibt überall üppige alte Banyanbäume, die Zimmer sind zweimal am Tag sanitär, die Qualität des Hotelpersonals ist auch sehr gut und sie lächeln jedes Mal, wenn sie sich treffen. Auf der Insel können Sie Fahrrad fahren und mit der Natur im Lotusduft tanzen. Es ist wirklich schön! Das Wichtigste ist, dass das Hotelpersonal in diesem Kampf gegen die Epidemie die Chinesen nicht ausschloss, uns bei der Vorbereitung aller benötigten Dinge half, sich viele Male zu unserer Flugsituation beraten und uns die Wärme eines Zuhauses im Ausland spüren ließen Land. Bisher das einzige Hotel, das nach sechs Nächten nicht müde ist.

Ich war überrascht, dass das im Zimmer servierte Essen so geschmacklos und unaufrichtig war. Das Brot im Brötchen ist hart und das Fleisch riecht schlecht, das Problem ist nicht der Geschmack, sondern die Aufrichtigkeit.

Wir hatten leider nur eine Übernachtung auf unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel, waren aber begeistert. Es liegt zentral im Stadtzentrum und das Flussufer mit vielen Lokalen, wo sich abends eine Menge Einheimische und Touristen treffen, liegt direkt vor der Türe. Das Hotel wirkt modern und gepflegt, auch die Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon in den oberen Zimmern hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Beim Frühstück findet jeder etwas, die Auswahl ist in Ordnung. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall zum Besichtigen der Stadt und diversen Bootsausflügen empfehlen.

- Günstige Lage, bequemer Transport - Saubere, komfortable Zimmer, Holzböden, gestrickte Betten, aber Kommunikationsgeräte sind alt, Fernsehsender sind ziemlich unscharf, undeutlich, laut, ... - Frühstücksservice ist ok, Büffetbuffet, viele Gerichte aber nicht klar klassifizierte Hauptbeilagen, kulinarischer Stil nicht für 4-Sterne-Hotel geeignet. Das Essen hat noch viele trockene harte Gerichte, fehlende Gewürze, .. (gedünstete Gerichte, Suppen, ...) - Schneller und höflicher Empfangsservice. Rezeptionsservice außerhalb der Lobby, schlechte Kommunikation, unprofessionell (Unterscheidung der Transportmittel der Gäste)
