Just back from 11 night stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it for all inclusive. Food and drinks free plus ice-creams. My friend & I had separate disabled rooms with balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Maids are so helpful and nothing was too much for them. Hotel and pool area cleaned every morning. Bar staff were so friendly as was the dining room staff. Entertainment was very good. Something on every nite. Jana,zuzanna,fanto & marcus were very good at entertaining everyone through the day with games and at night with quizzes. Not the easiest of jobs getting the public to join in but they done a great job. Soul jam was a brilliant 2 piece band from South Africa who where so good. George Pena a brilliant comedian who had everyone laughing. Would definitely go back again.

This hotel was lovely…. Food was tasty and plenty of choice, never once felt we had to go out and eat if we didn’t want to because food wasn’t bad at all!! Rooms was cleaned every day what was lovely and hotel was very clean round the pool restaurant and bar area, Plenty of sun loungers for everyone, we had great weather all week what was a bonus, Everyone there was so friendly people all talking to each other and a great atmosphere, we met and spoke to lots of lovely people even with language barriers, my children had a great time making friends and entertainment team was fantastic they really make the holiday bringing everyone together, and u can see they all have a great bond together, they know your names and there is a lot of people to remember, thank you so much Marcus, franko zuzanna and juna you work so hard and have really entered us, p.s we are sorry we missed u Saturday! thankyou team of halti to making our holiday one to remember And yes my children have been playing suneo club song on Alexa 🤣

Stayed here for a week, family of 3 (with 13 year old) the food was excellent great choice and tasty. The entertainment was great. Disco in evening for the younger children and plenty of activities through the day with entertainment staff. The staff in general were very attentive and friendly. Plenty of drinks selection. Could always get a sun bed too. The cleanliness was great, areas always nice and clean. Thank you for a great stay, will book again next year

This hotel is one of the best hotels i’ve ever been too, the food is amazing, you don’t have to get up early for sunbeds, and all of the staff are the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. That includes the maids, kitchen staff, bar staff and especially the entertainers. The entertainers are so kind to everyone and make the holiday super special. The hotel is also a short walk away from shops, the beach and lots of nice restaurants and bars.

First visit to this hotel. Found staff really helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant I thought very good with lunch and tea having plenty of variety and all well presented. Rooms average but cleaners do a good job every day. Location was a bit far out for us but if you don't mind getting a bus into alcudia or pollensa, fare is so cheap. I would recommend to anyone .

Couldn’t fault the amount of staff the cleanliness was spot on but the food in the restaurant wasn’t top quality there was a good selection 3 times a day outwith that a mini snack bar in front of the main bar in the entertainment area serving pizza chips burgers hotdogs and toasted sandwiches all drinks were free from drink dispensers and at the main bar the entertainment team were not great 3 out of 4 of them struggled to do any of the dances in time or at the right time looked very unprofessional and got highly shamed at line dancing by a bunch of very able line dancing pensioners the main acts supplied were average but ok but going round the pool asking if you’d like to play rock paper scissors or open the book on page 259 isn’t entertaining or amusing it shows a lack of imagination and funding and thinking people will join in they’re a captive audience which most didn’t join in the only night the all the holiday makers really went for it and had the best night was a karaoke night people singing dancing tapping there feet or just standing up at there seats dancing was superb from the youngest to the one of the oldest old des who turned 80 the day before we all loved it I gave your ent team that as constructive feedback the next day at the pool the young Irish guy said it was great to hear and he’d like to feed that back to his bosses then the head of ent team joined us butted in asked wot the issue was I said no issue just feedback and repeated wot I’d just to her jnr team member to which she replied not everyone likes karaoke or loud music lol I said let’s go ask everyone round the pool right now and was dismissed with a snide look I then done a short survey of 20 odd people I had to go passed they all agreed inc old des it was the best nights entertainment so far and we deserve more nights like that but wot do I no wot I do no is it’s put me off going back the outside pool was colder than the sea so I didn’t get to use it the entire holiday very few brave souls actually used it daily but I’d imagine in the height of summer it should heat up a degree or two I suffer from cold water shock and I’d have been carried out in an ambulance going into it so it’s a hard no to my return although the pool is huge with loads of loungers around it a few large patio areas with seating and a smoking area if it could sort out the entertainment and heat the pool a bit the place is a winner maybe more theme nights in restaurant if it was out of ten my score is an honest 7
