The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

Die Rezeption ist sehr gut war sehr schnell die Ein-und Auscheckung. Zusätzlich hat mante hat Edredom und andere Art von Schleier, die auf der Rezeption beantragt werden können. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, sehr nahe dem Wohnzentrum, mit sehr nahe Zuckerbrot für Einkaufen und verschiedene Restaurants-Optionen rund um. Eine Beschwerde habe ich ist die Dusche, die nicht so gut ist, aber übrigens sehr gut das Zimmer. Ich würde mich wieder aufnehmen. Das Frühstück fand ich gut, obwohl Salzbrot und Käsebrot mehr Salz als ich gewöhnt bin und die Kuchen schwer sind.

A fairly large contemporary corporate hotel. However, a very pleasant stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and decent shower! All immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast with vast choice! Decent gym and a nice pool (used both). 2 restaurants - both excellent with good food and service. We ate in both. Bar is almost non-existent in front lobby. Overall - excellent value for money - very reasonably priced. Would certainly stay again.

A localização é excelente, a estrutura também é ótima, um prédio relativamente novo, com todos os espaços aconchegantes, decorados e com tecnologia. Na data de nossa hospedagem o ambiente estava tranquilo, não tinha barulho e movimentações exageradas. A limpeza de todo ambiente era boa, não diria excelente pois encontrei poeira em alguns lugares, mas aceitável. O serviço de check-in, precisa melhorar, pois chegamos às 14h00 (horário de check-in) e tinha somente um funcionário fazendo esse atendimento, então ficamos em uma fila até ser atendidos. Sobre o café da manhã esperava um pouquinho mais, pois não tinha bolos, nem opções de bebidas para quem não toma leite e café como eu, só havia suco de uva e iogurte. Achei estranho que tinha salsicha como acompanhamento. Senti falta de mais opções de frutas também. O legal é que tinha torradeira e sanduicheira a disposição. Sobre o quarto a estrutura era boa, mas acredito que na hora da reserva não me atentei e acabei ficando em um quarto para PCD, mas nós acomodou muito bem, a cama estava boa, mas senti falta de mais travesseiros, devia ter solicitado. O ar condicionado estava funcionando corretamente. Não conseguimos abrir as janelas, estavam duras. A geladeira “frigobar”, quase não gelou nossa água e refrigerante. A TV era plana, mas pequena, mas tinha uma variedade grande de canais, porém a imagem estava um pouco alterada, acredito que alguma configuração que estava desregulada, mas deu para assistir. Sobre o estacionamento, pagamos R$ 22,00 a diária, mas o sistema era terceirizado, não fazia parte dos funcionários do hotel, a parte ruim é que para pegar o carro tinha que pedir e ficar esperando. Mas a estadia foi muito boa, gostamos muito e se precisar ficar em campinas novamente, com certeza ficaríamos no Go inn.

Gute Versorgung, gute Leistung. Das Bad ist sehr gut, alles ist sauber. Fernseher mit schlechtem Bild, angemessene Bettwäsche und Bettwäsche. Nur eine schnelle Nacht, kann nicht viel mehr bewerten.

Ein gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Viracopos. Das Restaurant ist ok und es gibt Optionen in der Nähe. Excelent experience overall. There’s nothing negative to say. Good vibes and efficiency from staff. Comfort and cleanliness in all places I used . Next time I’ll try the pool! I recommend this hotel , be it business, family occasion or couples. Very good stay!

Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.
