A fairly large contemporary corporate hotel. However, a very pleasant stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and decent shower! All immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast with vast choice! Decent gym and a nice pool (used both). 2 restaurants - both excellent with good food and service. We ate in both. Bar is almost non-existent in front lobby. Overall - excellent value for money - very reasonably priced. Would certainly stay again.

Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.

Because the WiFi in this hotel can't even send messages, let alone be used for Internet conferences. Don't I understand that upgrading WiFi is expensive? GGuest UserDas Hotel ist eine gute Option für die Lage und in Bezug auf die angebotenen Einrichtungen. Personal ist aufmerksam, aber nicht intrusive. Meine Anfragen beim Ein- und Auschecken wurden beantwortet (nichts wichtiger gefragt, aber immer noch ein guter Punkt). Frühstück ist klein, aber hat eine gute Vielfalt insgesamt; Produkte waren frisch und sie hatten sogar kosher, lake-freie Optionen. Reinigung war an der Spitze. Wi-Fi hatte eine kostenlose Option, die manchmal unterbrochen wurde, aber für regelmäßige Verwendung genügt. Bad war eine gute Größe, Duschedruck war gut und Temperatur entsprechend festgelegt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der weit linken Seite des Hotels und so hatte ich ein anderes Gebäude direkt an mir, es störte mich nicht, aber es ist etwas zu berücksichtigen. Nachbarschaft scheint genügend, wenn nicht ein wenig leer über den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht.

The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

Muito bem localizado, suíte muito grande(por ser hotel antigo essa é uma vantagem) com poucos quartos em cada andar e cama confortável além do que um grupo de funcionários que desde a recepção até as senhoras do café da manhã todos me trataram muito bem e com muito carinho! Tem um supermercado perto com preços ótimos caso queira comprar algo e diversos pontos de ônibus que te levarão para qualquer lugar da cidade. Destaque para o café da manhã simplesmente maravilhoso e muito variado! Obrigado por toda atenção recebida, certamente quando voltar em Campinas será novamente a minha estadia!

Contratei o pacote mensal do flat. Disse que iria trabalhar em home office e que precisava de tranquilidade. Infelizmente, foi tudo o que não tive ! A acústica do prédio é muito ruim. A vizinha da frente tinha um cachorro que não parava de latir. Reclamei na recepção mas o funcionário foi muito grosso comigo e não resolveu o problema. Para piorar a situação, a noite, o vizinho do lado arrastava móveis e jogava objetos no chão ! A academia é muito fraca. Quase não tem aparelhos. E quando tentei usar a lavanderia do prédio foi um transtorno. A região não tem atrativos e é muito perigosa. Enfim, não recomendo nem para um fim de semana !
