The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

SIMPLESMENTE PESSIMO. Para comecar, o atendente Leandro eh simplesmente um ignorante, com zero de intencao de ajudar os hospedes. Fiz minha reserva e foi confirmada pelo hotel. Me ligaram as 19h do checkin e perguntaram que horas eu ia fazer checkin (desde quando hospede tem que falar que horas vai fazer checkin????) Disse que seria as 21h pq estava jantando. Cheguei as 22h e o Leandro, ignorante, pessimo atendente, disse que nao tinha chegado no horario que havia falado, entao ele cancelou minha reserva. Quando cheguei, nao tinha mais quartos (foi oq ele disse) e tive que procurar um hotel as 23h da noite. Eu nunca passei poe uma experiência dessa e recomendo que NINGUEM RESERVE NESSE HOTEL COM ZERO DE PROFISSIONALISMO. NAO QUISERAM NEM ME AJUDAR QUE ESTAVA SEM QUARTO PARA DURMIR

A fairly large contemporary corporate hotel. However, a very pleasant stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and decent shower! All immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast with vast choice! Decent gym and a nice pool (used both). 2 restaurants - both excellent with good food and service. We ate in both. Bar is almost non-existent in front lobby. Overall - excellent value for money - very reasonably priced. Would certainly stay again.

Ich liebe die aufmerksamen und anspruchsvollen Service. Das Hotel ist ein Charme, sieht aus wie ein Feldhaus mit Technologie. Essen ist lecker und Frühstück ist bemerkenswert Tausend! Das Personal des Restaurants ist super gute Leute und macht uns sich gut gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist eine leckere und alles sehr sauber und geurlich! Glückwunsch zu den Reinigungspersonal. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und organisiert. Sie hatten nur eine Sache, die ich bei der Hotelbewertung gebeten habe: der TV-Sound ist zu niedrig und fast nicht zu hören, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wird, um die Klimaanlage zu vermeiden (aber sie antworteten und sagten, dass das nächste Mal besser sein wird). Die Manager ist zu gratulieren! Ich will wieder da rein!

Excelent experience overall. There’s nothing negative to say. Good vibes and efficiency from staff. Comfort and cleanliness in all places I used . Next time I’ll try the pool! I recommend this hotel , be it business, family occasion or couples. Very good stay!

Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.

IiwelcommInsgesamt ist es sehr sauber und neu. Die Lage war wunderbar und sicher und das Zimmer war sehr gut. Es hat eine relativ kleine Eincheckkonto, aber alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Das Frühstücksmenü war nicht sehr luxuriös, aber Sie können Omelette und frische Eier bestellen und ich mag sie.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist eine gute Option für die Lage und in Bezug auf die angebotenen Einrichtungen. Personal ist aufmerksam, aber nicht intrusive. Meine Anfragen beim Ein- und Auschecken wurden beantwortet (nichts wichtiger gefragt, aber immer noch ein guter Punkt). Frühstück ist klein, aber hat eine gute Vielfalt insgesamt; Produkte waren frisch und sie hatten sogar kosher, lake-freie Optionen. Reinigung war an der Spitze. Wi-Fi hatte eine kostenlose Option, die manchmal unterbrochen wurde, aber für regelmäßige Verwendung genügt. Bad war eine gute Größe, Duschedruck war gut und Temperatur entsprechend festgelegt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der weit linken Seite des Hotels und so hatte ich ein anderes Gebäude direkt an mir, es störte mich nicht, aber es ist etwas zu berücksichtigen. Nachbarschaft scheint genügend, wenn nicht ein wenig leer über den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht.

GGuest UserIt was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

Muito bem localizado, suíte muito grande(por ser hotel antigo essa é uma vantagem) com poucos quartos em cada andar e cama confortável além do que um grupo de funcionários que desde a recepção até as senhoras do café da manhã todos me trataram muito bem e com muito carinho! Tem um supermercado perto com preços ótimos caso queira comprar algo e diversos pontos de ônibus que te levarão para qualquer lugar da cidade. Destaque para o café da manhã simplesmente maravilhoso e muito variado! Obrigado por toda atenção recebida, certamente quando voltar em Campinas será novamente a minha estadia!

Contratei o pacote mensal do flat. Disse que iria trabalhar em home office e que precisava de tranquilidade. Infelizmente, foi tudo o que não tive ! A acústica do prédio é muito ruim. A vizinha da frente tinha um cachorro que não parava de latir. Reclamei na recepção mas o funcionário foi muito grosso comigo e não resolveu o problema. Para piorar a situação, a noite, o vizinho do lado arrastava móveis e jogava objetos no chão ! A academia é muito fraca. Quase não tem aparelhos. E quando tentei usar a lavanderia do prédio foi um transtorno. A região não tem atrativos e é muito perigosa. Enfim, não recomendo nem para um fim de semana !

Für diejenigen, die Campinas nicht kennen: Sie befinden sich in einer gefährlichen Stelle, riskant zu Fuß allein. Neue Wohnung, alles renoviert. Ich mag einfach nicht die Toilettentür, die ist aus Glas. Guter Frühstück, ich habe einige negative Kommentare gelesen und ich denke, sie sind alt. hatte sogar getrocknet Ei, kalt, Kuchen, mehr als eine Art Saft, Getreide, Obst, etc, wie jedes Hotel. Zwei negative Punkte: 1)Parkplatz, eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Es gibt etwa 4 oder 5 Stellen vor der Ferienwohnung, unzureichend für die Zimmer. Ich schlage vor, um 12 Uhr zu erreichen und im Zentrum zu Fuß zu fahren, bis die Check-in.. So spart es Geld mit Drittparkplätze. 2)Check-in-Zeit: 14 Stunden! Es ist sehr spät ... Da die Ausfahrt die 11. ist. kleine Zimmer brauchen nicht so viel Reinigungszeit, dass es nicht so gut ist. Ich möchte mich noch einmal auf die Frage der Arbeitslosigkeit berufen.
