Hotel El Vicenç de la Mar - Adults Only (+12)

My husband & I have stayed at El Vicenç de La Mar for a week. This hotel is pretty much flawless. The service is exceptional. The food was great. Cleanliness is amazing too. We have stayed in the Junior Suite room with the jacuzzi outside. One thing I can point out would be there is not much privacy around the jacuzzi area as it is quite open so your guests next door to you can see everything. One another thing I can point out are the table legs of the tables on the roof top restaurant are positioned in a quite an uncomfortable way so it is quite uncomfortable especially for women to get seated. Apart from those 2 things everything was perfect.

We stayed first two night in Palma before we went to this lovely adults only 5 star pearl located in the northern part of Mallorca. It is a very new hotel with lots of facilities, placed very close to the beach. We had booked a stay for 5 nights and got two rooms on 1st floor with pool access. A very well planned room with a lovely bathroom, really a nice bed with nice pillows. Also a nice terass with sofas etc. The cleaning of the room was excellent. They have a nice roof-top terrass with pool, sunbeds and a restaurant. Here is also the breakfast located. Very nice view over the cove seeing the ocean working its way in to the beach. If you go here, do not miss out to use the indoor spa, the pooltable room and of course the cinema(seating for 30 people) where you can order popcorn and soft drinks. Great service. On the beach it is possible to rent kajaks, SUP, snorkeling and dive. The best about this beach is that you have both the cliffs and the beach. Possible improvements: More flexibility regarding the food menys, more international food. It should be easier to get a breakfast kit if you are not able to do the breakfast at the hotel. The elevators was very slow. Details are everything. This hotel smells very good all over, the pattern in the walls in the bathroom together with the towels, very nice.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredible. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a suite. Our room was spacious, modern and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. We loved spending time on the rooftop. We spent a lot of time at the pool. It was quiet and relaxing. We also ate several meals at the rooftop restaurant. I recommend booking the 7 pm time and heading up a bit early to sit at the nearby bar if you want to increase your chances of getting one of the tables with the better views. We did the tasting which was so delicious. They even accommodated the menu for me since I’m pescatarian. The meal was paired with really interesting wines as well. I loved all the wines I had when I was there and the margarita was one of the best I’ve ever had. We reserved the movie room one night, which was such a fun and unique experience. Everything was pretty perfect and made for a really wonderful experience! However, the pool service wasn’t consistently great. There were 3 times I had ordered something and they forgot, but they were apologetic and seemed as though they were understaffed. If you are driving, try to get in at night or early in the morning if you want free parking. There’s a free public lot across from the hotel but it fills up quickly in the day with people visiting the beach. There’s valet parking for $35 a day which I think is kind of overpriced given the hotel is already on the pricier side. The cost was worth it though and is one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed!

This was our first stop on our honeymoon, and the perfect first stop. In a sleepy town on the coast of Mallorca, we sought out calm, quiet, relaxing beach town and this was it. We got our first taste of all the cyclists on the road as well! This area does not have many restaurants, but Port of Pollenca is 15 minutes away for food. The hotel is quite new, and we quite enjoyed the spa area with pool, hot tub (not very hot though), steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. Waters were provided in our room every day, and we had a lovely view of the beach cove from our balcony. We realized that our balcony was not completely private though - it was separated by our neighbors' balconies by slats that were see-through. The bed was comfortable and on the firm side. The hotel had 2 main restaurants and 1 all-day service on the roof; quite pricey but very good food. We'd stay here again!

We truly had such an amazing time at El Vicenc. From the moment we walked in, it was an amazing experience. Everything was so clean and perfect. The view was incredible. They even had a menu of what kind of pillows you wanted. Would recommend this hotel 10/10!

What an absolutely stunning hotel and location. ‘THE’ place to go for a special occasion, staff were exceptional, all restaurants and food choices were made to an extremely high standard, rooms were superb with excellent views over the sea. I don’t have the vocabulary to describe how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel. Hope to return again in the future. The only gripe I have is that whilst checking out and settling the bill we were asked if we would like to add a ‘tip’ to the final hotel bill, this made us feel extremely uncomfortable, it is something we have never been asked before. We did tip regularly during our stay so found it strange when requested through the card reader if we wished to add a gratuity to the final bill. I have no doubt that there are people with great wealth who stay at this hotel who would have no issue with this but there are also people like ourselves who work and save hard in order to stay at such locations and 10% added to the final is not a small amount. Please do not make the location out of reach for people who would like to mark a special occasion with a break to a very special hotel.

Absolutely wonderful small hotel that delivers at every level. Beautiful rooms, stunning views. Super clean. Incredible customer service. Superb staff who are friendly, kind and professional. Delicious food. Everything about this fabulous hotel was outstanding. We can’t wait to go back there. Highly recommend!

We stayed here, at El Vicenç de la mar from 10-17 July 2024. From the minute we arrived, until the minute we left, we were treated with such respect and care. After checking in, Mary gave us a tour and because our room wasn’t ready (due to our early arrival) we began our holiday sipping a complimentary drink by the rooftop pool. Our room, with the shared terrace, was absolutely beautiful, the views amazing, the cleanliness pristine and the Le Labo toiletries were just luxurious! The fresh smell from the hotel felt like home after returning from the heat of the day. The bottle of champagne was a lovely touch, as were the chocolates each night. Breakfast was delicious and Richy was so very pleasant each morning. The pool area is divine, the whole vibe is pure luxury and the staff were so accommodating! We dined at the rooftop restaurant “U Vicenç” on our last evening - definitely the best way to finish our holiday. As a family, we never return to the same hotel twice, as we always like to experience new settings but we will most definitely be booking this fabulous hotel again!!

We just visited Hotel Vicenc for the second time. We first visited in July 2023 and rebooked for May 2024.. before we left the hotel. We have just done the same for next year!! The hospitality, food and service at the hotel is absolutely suberb, so much so we book our return each time before vacating. Mari and her team (Cristina, Jordi, Christian, Catalina, Richie - to name a few) are absolutely exceptional and made our stay so special. We cant wait to visit again next May
