"After a long journey and a disappointing stay in a hotel in Vienne, France, this was a most welcome experience. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were polite and welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, our room was lovely with the biggest bed on the planet. Even toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. The food in the restaurant was perfect with a good choice of dishes. Again the staff were fabulous. We are planning to stay here again on our return trip and really looking forward to another stay here."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer zentralen Lage. Reinigung war ausgezeichnet. Luftkoni im Zimmer superb. Zimmer selbst war komfortabel. Einzig das Versäumte war wirklich Kaffee-/Teeherstellungseinrichtungen. Unser Zimmer sah den Rücken aus, aber da wir einen hohen Bodenblick hatten, war ok & wir waren nicht zu übersehen. Balkone sind ziemlich klein, aber genug Raum für 2 Stühle & ein kleines Tisch. So zentrales sein, beachten Sie die Festivals/Events im Resort. Am letzten Abend gab es eine ganze Nacht auf dem Strand, so dass wir nicht gut schliefen, wie die Veranstaltung bis 6 Uhr war, nicht ideal, ein frühes Flughaus zu sein. Nicht die Hotels sind natürlich fehlerhaft & vermuten nicht ein gemeinsames Vorkommen, vielleicht wert Check-Events vor der Buchung. Pool-Bereich war nicht riesig, aber genügend, viel Schatten mit Bäumen und viele Sonnenbäder. Pool war sauber, gut gepflegt & eine schöne Temperatur. Die Pool-Towels waren gut, 10 € (cash) Einzahlung und Sie können alle 3 Tage wechseln. Obwohl in meiner Erfahrung, für eine 4-Sterne-Hotel-Badewanne sind in der Regel keine Gebühr. Das Frühstück war schön genug, Obst, Brot, Fleisch, Eier usw. & Gewürze waren sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Wie gesagt, können Sie nicht bis 3:00 Uhr ansehen, so gingen wir zu einem Spaziergang & Mittagessen, als wir spät am Morgen angekommen waren. Wir dachten, das Resort selbst sei wunderschön, reich an Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften und einem wunderschönen Strand."

"Stayed here two nights and picked Mas Gallau only because it looked slightly better than the typical tourist hotels in Salou. Reality: it has virtually no facilities — no gym, no sauna, nothing. The suite is basic to the point of feeling cheap: stone floor, plastic furniture, and a bathtub with cigarette stains. No walk-in shower — you literally have to climb into the tub.Breakfast is a disaster. No eggs, nothing fresh, just some bread, cereal (cold milk only if you ask), and a couple of basic cold cuts. The Nespresso machine only had decaf capsules left. - however, the lady from the reception was kind enough to bring some Cappuccino. Yes, it’s €8.50, but for a $200/night hotel that is a pretty low offering. It also sits right next to the AP7 highway, with one exit door basically opening onto it. Conclusion: overpriced, zero facilities, lousy breakfast — not worth the money."

"We stayed here for 3 nights in an August heat wave. Pluses: 1. Excellent location, off the main street from the pier and shopping/restaurants. 2. Kind & helpful staff 3. Very old-school Catalan style Minuses: 1. Wifi did not work properly. The router would just drop our connection- we gave up, and used the restaurant's wifi, but that too was a very weak signal. Data coverage didn't work well either. 2. No outlets anywhere near the bed. There was just 1 outlet for the entire room, for an extension cord leading to the TV and fan. 2. No fridge, kettle, or self-controlled A/C in room. 3. The hotel provided a fan for 30C temps, but the A/C was controlled by the hotel. During a very hot night, it simply turned off, and it was stifling. 4. No outdoor space for the rooms; there is a rooftop, but they don't seem to use it. There are barrel tables in front of the hotel, but they're in the direct sun, and don't feel like a hotel guest amenity. 5. Room cleaning is only available every 3 nights. This is normally fine, but in a beach town, sand goes EVERYWHERE. After 1 night, everything in our room was coated in sand. It would be helpful if the hotel offered guests a broom!!!! 6. There isn't an outdoor space or place to hang wet bathing suits, towels, coverups, etc. We had to hang things on the chairs, TV stand, doorways."

"Was a bit skeptical after reading other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised, we had 2 x 1 bedroom Apartments overlooking the sea, yes the decor in the rooms is a bit dated but it was very clean,all the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool is freezing but the sea was quite warm , the jacuzzi is lovely but again cold, we stayed for 11 nights would go back again, reception staff are great, WiFi is a bit hit and miss , try the India restaurant a little walk up such nice food also the Greek restaurant which we found by chance, we caught the bus just outside the hotel to salou,tarragona and cambrillis €2 each, the Spanish bar under our room was great, good food friendly staff and the rugby tavern. The beach was literally in front of us nice and clean beach."
