The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient.

Nice hotel with two supermarkets very close by. Public transport is a little inconvenient though with bus stops several minutes away and the T a 20 min walk.

Morning Mostafa This is May Chan from Hong Kong I checked into room 1409 at your hotel last Saturday. After my boyfriend finished showering, he was drenched from head to toe by water leaking from the ceiling. Attached is a video for your reference. It's clear the water was leaking from the toilet seat. As a world-renowned hotel with locations around the world, this shouldn't happen. Don't your staff clean the room before letting guests check in? Why still letting guests check in when the bathroom ceiling is so rotten? My boyfriend couldn't sleep at all Saturday night. His skin was so sensitive and itchy! He even had to buy medicine on Sunday morning. Our entire weekend was completely ruined by this incident . The funny thing is, when we complained to the front desk on Sunday morning, the hotel staff actually told us, "We've already changed your rooms and provided free parking as compensation." I'd like to ask: Isn't it reasonable to change our room? Why do they consider it compensation? I strongly urge you to refund our hotel fees as compensation. Best regards May

Misleading infor . public and roadside parking is not available. Only can park in paid parking usd45 / day. Seems like no other option. That’s not made known when I made a booking. It said public parking is available. Turnout roadside parking is only allowed for residence permit only. Service is so so. One reception doesn’t seem too friendly

Checked in 29 and out 30 Dec. Check in was smooth and was allowed early checked in at 1pm plus. Room was decent with comfortable bed and coffee making ap apparatus. Toilet was equipped with refillable shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, handsoap and moisturiser. Couldn't find toothbrush and toothpaste. No bedroom slippers. Walk to Central (Red line) is 20 mins away, pretty far. But once on red line, traveling to various attractions are easy. Harvard and MIT stations for university tours and Downtown Crossing for shopping and eats. Nice view of river.

Old hotel in need of renovation. Heat in room did not work. Provided small room heater.

2 ladies in the reception are very warm and friendly. The room is clean with a beautiful view. The whole time there was very pleasant.

Convenient for long stays. Not many walking distance options for food but easy access to the main places in Cambridge and Boston area. Expensive parking!

Free bicycles and kayakes for up to 2 hours which was really cool.

Nice location by the river and great city view. Recommend to stay for few nites.
