Es hat Potenzial, aber es gab ein paar Probleme. Als wir zum Beispiel das erste Zimmer betraten, das uns zugewiesen wurde, war der Fernseher an, das Handtuch hatte Lippenstiftflecken und neben dem Bett stand ein Einkaufswagen – ich komme zu dem Schluss, dass das Zimmer möglicherweise bereits zugewiesen war oder die ursprünglichen Bewohner es nicht überprüft haben noch raus. Außerdem ließ sich das nächste Zimmer, das wir bekamen, nicht richtig schließen und als wir zurückkamen, stellten wir erst fest, dass es noch offen war. Die gute Nachricht ist, dass nichts verloren gegangen ist, sodass ich auf die Ehrlichkeit von Bicolanos vertrauen kann. Der Safe war jedoch verschlossen, sodass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten. Als wir zum Abendessen gingen, waren fast alle Gerichte, die wir probieren wollten, nicht verfügbar. Ansonsten war es immer noch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hinsichtlich der Bequemlichkeit, der Zimmerkategorie und des Komforts gut.

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

Original Review : The hotel has high potential. It's relatively new, but it's obvious that maintenance is lacking and the hotel is aging fast. I stayed for business in a suite which was facing the main road. These rooms are incredibly noisy, to the point where I really thought the windows had been left opened. The room was a great size and was clean. The TV was old and pixilated. The aircon worked sporadically. I had a bath in my room but the water was always lukewarm so unable to take a bath as it was too cold. What really let the hotel down was the lack of advertised gym (which was impacted by the prior months typhoon) and the hotel making no attempt to create another space. When you're travelling for work, across anti social hours, things like this are really important. Especially given, around the hotel there are no exercise spaces and the pool is significantly shaded by a incredibly high wall and way too small to even attempt lengths. I am writing this review now, as we are again staying at the hotel (3 months later) and the advertised gym is still not operational which is another indication of the lack of focus on maintenance and despite emailing the hotel they have shown no interest in thinking creatively regarding making the gym operational (surely there must be a spare meeting room/bedroom to relocate the equipment to). All in all, very disappointing. Updated from our current stay : Across our stay, the gym has reopened (hurrah) and we are noticing some positive changes i.e. there are now towels provided by the pool. Today there were sweat towels provided in the gym too. The bathroom water is warmer (still not hot hot). We ate in the Restaurant today and was pleasantly surprised by the food quality. Bubble rating changed from 2 to 4 as a result. Keep up the positive progress Summit.

Summit Hotel Naga offers great value. Stayed for 2 nights. The room amenities are on par with a 5-star hotel. Good location as it is right next to Robertson mall. Staff knows what customer service and hospitality mean. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from the Security for helping us for the parking and to the Front Desk (Krizzia) for a smooth Check-in and Check-out. A very Special thanks to "Ms. Hanna" and "Ms. Marianne", for your assisting us, the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel's elegant design made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect it is connected to a Mall (Robinsons). I loved everything about this hotel especially they are a Pet Friendly Hotel. The room was clean and a nice bright atmosphere. We will definitely come back and will recommend to family and friends.
