Wir waren über das Wochenende dort, die Lage und die Sauberkeit des Hotels waren großartig, der Pool war großartig und wir haben uns in der ersten Reihe so wohl gefühlt, dass dies die Tatsache wettmachte, dass die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen waren. Wir werden zurück sein.

Ambiente familiar y gente feliz. Lo repetiría seguro. Calpe es lindo y el hotel no te da ganas de irte. Me encantó

Bien situado,personal atento y amable,cena mejorable , desayuno completo,instalaciones limpias habitación un poco antigua y sin vistas, éramos una pareja y nos dieron habitación con dos camas,para una noche estuvo bien

Me asignaron una habitación doble con sala de estar, estuve cómoda y a mis anchas. Sobre la estancia del buffet tal vez ya le hace falta una renovación. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Lo k no nos gustó es k la cafetería no abre x las mañanas y la cierran a las 12 x la noche

Wir, meine Frau und ich waren Mitte August 2024 dort, kurz , das Hotel ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, wir wurden in einem Behinderten gerechten Zimmer untergebracht, wir sind beide nicht behindert und hätten diese "Ausstattung"nicht gebraucht, ein normales Zimmer für 2 Personen hätte es für uns getan ( meine Frau arbeitet in einem Altenpflegeheim und "kennt" diese Ausstattung genau , sie fühlte sich mehr wie auf der Arbeit , nicht im Urlaub (wir haben das so hingenommen), da wir mehr Outdoor unterwegs waren und es nur zum Übernachten brauchten , das Hotel ist insgesamt kleiner als es auf den Fotos dargestellt wird , der "große Komplex" sind Einzelne Appartements , die nicht zum Hotel gehören, nur zur Info , die Belegschaft , da sind wir zweigeteilter Meinung, es gibt nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter, aber auch viele unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, ich möchte niemand hier benennen, nur im Allgemeinen halten , ich bin selber Dienstleister (Schwimmbad und Sauna), aber so wurde ich nicht mit Gästen umgehen , auch nur zur Info, das Essen ist mehr für Engländer gedacht , alles in Allem ist es nur für Gäste mit geringen Ansprüchen geeignet , wir werden nicht mehr in dieses Hotel kommen, da die Nachteile gegenüber den Vorteilen, mehr sind MfG K.M.

Wir waren vor Corona jede Woche schwimmen. Jetzt waren wir wieder schwimmen, das Schwimmbecken war sowas von Schmutzig, ich habe mit dem Zeigefinger über die Fliesen am Beckenrand gewischt und meiner Frau den Schmand gezeigt, Sie musste sofort das Becken verlassen, bekomme jetzt sicher Plack war Ihre Antwort.

Das Hotel selbst hat eine ziemlich altmodische Inneneinrichtung, was die Zimmer angeht, aber der Service, die Einstellung des Personals und das sehr köstliche Essen machen es wieder wett. Dies war unser zweiter Besuch und das Personal ist unübertroffen, insbesondere das Restaurantpersonal. Sie arbeiten sehr hart, sind immer freundlich, höflich und helfen gerne weiter. Die Lage ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, da das Hotel direkt am Strand und an der Promenade liegt.

Stayed there with a group of people for 8 nights. The rooms were always clean and all the staff were amazing. Best hotel staff I have ever encountered and I travel a lot! The facilities were a little tired but everything was clean. Food was good , you could always find something that you liked. Inside heated swimming-pool with water gym. Gym and spa. Good garden and great view. Very easy to walk everywhere around the town.

This hotel is so clean and in a perfect location. Really close to the beach. Not many things to do outside the hotel for children not sure if it was because we went out of season. Pool was cold but warmed up throughout our stay. We used the spa changing rooms on the day of our flight as check out was midday. Staff were very friendly and lots of local Spanish people at resort which shows it was a good choice. I went with my 7 year old and mum. Food was a lovely selection each day always fresh. Please be aware drinks are not included in the full board option so at lunch and dinner there is bottles of water / wine which are accessible but these are not free! I learned the hard way after helping myself one afternoon only to be told I would be charged! 3 euros for a bottle of water. We got a jug of sangria instead each lunch time at 11 euros each. Normally we would take squash or a drink brought from the supermarket for my son. Not lots going on at the hotel for children but think if we went later in the season this would be different. Just note in the pictures of the pools there is a pool for residents only which we were not allowed to use it didn’t make this clear when booking. Was a shame as I’m sure it’s a heated pool and most of the time was empty! All in all a good hotel and we would return. I would say the hotel is more aimed at couples, adults rather than children there was a pool table, a ride on motorbike and small arcade machine but that’s i in regards to entertainment. We didn’t attend any entertainment at night as it started so late but a few people we spoke to said it was ok. Can’t comment on the spa as we didn’t use it. But looked nice enough when we went to use the changing rooms. Free WiFi works great.

Overall good stay .Big room excellent shower.Very clean ,beds comfy big balcony food good decent choice.Hotel obviously needs updating we got a good deal so no complaints.Bus stop outside into town & train station for visits to Denia Altea & Benidorm very reasonable cost .

We stayed here in August 2025, the rooms are quite dated, but it’s a room For sleeping so no big deal really just a bit worn. The hotel itself was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. The lifeguard was friendly and found us sunbeds on our first day when it was quite busy. He did remove towels during the week but this was people who had been gone for hours and we never struggled to get a sunbed during the week as it was quite quiet. No big inflatables in the pool as there just isn’t enough room when it’s busy but the beach is right outside to use them anyway. The guests were mainly Spanish, but again this isn’t a bad thing and we had a lovely quiet week here. Right on the beach which was a lovely beach. Food could be repetitive but was all fine, we only ate out once. The lion king show was amazing ( the part we seen because our 6year old was tired) Overall we had a nice quiet week here and we probably would come again if we were visiting calpe.

Positives first Great position right at the end of the promenade and beautiful sandy beach. Very friendly animation team who made our granddaughter so welcome to join in all activities, also a shout out to the pool guy who was very helpful, friendly and watchful over all the children using the pools. Nice sized rooms and balcony, clean fresh bedding and towels, beds hard but that’s personal preference, everything kept very clean. Negatives Breakfast was ok but we struggled with quality of evening food so ate out. The hotel does need updating , but that does not prevent a wonderful stay in this great Spanish resort.

The hotel looked clean and really nice , we liked the swimming pools and that it was close to the beach . However last day we were in rush because we meant to check out at 12 however we didn’t know as nobody has informed us we tried to pay extra for few hours till we pack but we couldn’t they kept calling us telling us to leave . When I walked down to the reception to give the card to the hotel room back and told them that we didn’t know the time for the check out one of the young ladies not sure how she’s called if I knew I definitely would mention her name , however a younger women with blond curly hair and glasses , really rude giving us dirty looks telling us that we should of checked out ages ago . She was not helpful at all and made us feel uncomfortable last day. If you have people working for you make sure they kind and helpful because it lacks individuals off from coming back to the hotel again !!!
