room is very nice it is clean staying here is worth it very near transportation hubs and food stalls and malls even near to a church staffs were polite foods also taste great

Located right down the road from a good sized sm mall and surrounded by lots of cool small shops. There is also a train station above the area with an entrance not too far away if u want to navigate public transit. You get what you pay for here and I was satisfied with my stay.

Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Especially from the Reception, housekeeping and Security. Highly recommended for solo travelers

4 nights ang stay namin dahil sa 3-day board exam. Here's my detailed review. Pros: Very friendly po yung receptionists, guards and staffs. Igigreet ka nila everytime mapapadaan ka and minsan chichikahin ka din. Kapag nagrequest ka ng room service, mabilis din po sila. Very professional. Very accessible din yung place. Paglabas mo kahit saan ka lumingon, may kainan na. Malapit lang din sa drugstores and walking distance to grocery stores and SM. Pwede ring magjeep. Pwedeng magcharge since may 1 socket sila sa gilid ng vanity table. May free bottled water din po sila everyday. Kung anong oras ka nag-check-in, ganung oras din check-out. Akala ko susundin yung sched dito sa app. May table din for foods and vanity table w/ mirror for your make ups. Cons: Need lang po siguro na ma-control pa yung small cockroaches kasi medyo madaming nagtatago and yung tv na natapat po sa amin ay may lines na sa screen so need magtiis if manonood. Hindi rin kami mailipat ng room dahil fully booked sila that time. Overall 5 stars kasi bawi naman sa kindness ng staffs hahaha. Thank you so much, Hotel 99!

Budget hotel………………….. I was hospitalized and this hotel was the nearest. I booked my parents they said it was ok.

They assisted me well. They delivered my food as what they said it was good. I stayed there for 2nights and it was nice it's so near with everything and the only problem I see is that theres a lot of small cockroaches, but they assist me immediately to spray pesticide in my room.

when we arrived at the hotel by 530 ish, we didn't immediately check in until 10pm, they didn't let us check in. the stuff told us because they said they haven't received the voucher from the site we booked.I showed them the confirmation and paid for the room but they still don't want to accommodate us because they haven't received the voucher yet, I'm not the only one who experienced that, there are many of us, we want to rest because we are tired. their bed makes you think you're on a ship. It's very cheap, even the pillow and what's worse is that their sheets have holes, then their air conditioner is so loud that you can't sleep because of the noise. the 2000 a night you paid is not worth it . the worst thing about their service is that you order food and mineral water at the same time but the water is no longer served they said will be delivered immediately, we just finished eating and for an hour there was almost no water coming you have to call five more times before they act , this hotel is my worst experience Your 2k per night is not worth it .

Their service is good and efficiency. The food there is good and clean. The pity is that there was no hot water when we were there for a couple of days.

Location is good, staff is helpful, rooms are terrible....

We stayed 3 days. The location is perfect, easy to locate. However their TV is not working. Overall it was a good stay..
