Everything seems to have been thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The cleanliness is particularly impressive, with everything looking spotless and fresh. From the furniture to the bathroom, every detail reflects careful attention to hygiene and upkeep. Overall, it’s a space that feels welcoming and comfortable, making it an ideal place to stay and relax.

Kein Müllschrank im Zimmer/Badezimmer. AC funktioniert nicht richtig. Bad hat Drinnungsprobleme, Überschwemmung des Badezimmers und Toilettenbereich.

Ich habe ein Deluxe-Zimmer reserviert. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Klimaanlage ist gut. Jedoch hat das Deluxe-Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank und der TV funktioniert nicht. Das Hotel ist direkt über SM Fairview und Ayala Malls, Robinsons und Landers sind zu Fuß entfernt.

They were pleasant and accommodating. I had a smooth check-in and check-out transaction. The room is nice and clean. Overall, it's a good experience.

In der Vergangenheit würden mein Mann und ich nur ein Hotel für uns beide buchen. Wir würden unsere Tage spielen und Spaß in den Malls verbringen, und in den Abenden würden wir das Hotel überprüfen. Ich bin jedoch so froh, zu sagen, dass viel verändert hat. Nun hat sich unsere Familienbindungszeit wirklich verbessert. Wir prüfen das Hotel zuerst und entpacken unsere Taschen und Essenzen für mich und unsere Tochter. Nach der Abwicklung genießen wir zusammen besondere Momente. Wir haben Spaß im Kidzona, besuchen Kidzona und verbringen Zeit mit meinem Vater, ihrem Großvater, den wir in fast einem Jahr nicht gesehen haben. Später genießen wir unsere Zeit im Hotel, indem wir essen, mit unserer Tochter spielen und einander schätzen Gesellschaft.

For my business trip, this hotel was chosen as it is close to the workplace. The hotel is a little away from the main road and the road is not lit at night so stray dogs can be a menace when returning late in the evening. The hotel premises is kept clean. They provided Gym and pool pass but I didn't try it. At check-in they take a fully refundable deposit of 1500 pesos in cash for which you get a receipt that you must furnish when you check-out. The WIFI is not very strong and is horrible at the 3rd floor. So, I suggest taking up rooms in other floors as it was difficult to get reception in my room. The room was comfortable with very basic amenities. Two 15grams soap, two Shampoo+Conditioner bottles, hairdryer and towels are provided. Water bottles are replenished when rooms are cleaned. Room cleaning is not done every day, but the staff will promptly assist if cleaning is needed. They have an in-house restaurant that serves limited but good food. However, the restaurant is not open past 7pm which is a bother as you would either must go out to have dinner or order through the app Grab. As part of the package, Filipino breakfast was provided for me. They don't have a buffet breakfast for guests. You choose Filipino / American / Continental breakfast which is a plate of limited pre-set menu that cannot be refilled. I am rating the hotel less due to the amenities provided and limited options for food. However, the staff is excellent and made the stay as comfortable as possible. They were polite and always trying to help to the best of their abilities.
