Das Zimmer und die Hallen waren veraltet und retro aber noch sauber. Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir hatten eine bizarre Frage mit der Eincheckung, wo das Front Desk versuchte uns zu sagen, dass unsere Reservierung Monate zuvor abgeschafft wurde, was nicht stimmte. Wir haben unsere Reservierung nicht abgeschafft, und wenn sie das am Ende getan haben, haben sie uns nie davon unterrichtet. Ich habe noch immer E-Mails über die Anmeldekontrolle für meine Reservierung erhalten, bevor wir ankommen, so war es sehr stressig und verwirrend, dort zu kommen und zu sagen, dass unsere Reservierung vor Monaten abgeschafft wurde. Show that you care! The hotel is new, beautiful and well located. The breakfast room is impressive with its size, tall ceilings, views and terrace. The breakfast itself is great with its variety, including waffles and a delicious South Asian(?) vegetable stew each day. The suites are large and well equipped, and the bed comfortable. Now if only the staff could treat customers a bit better. We paid $30 for underground parking, which was important to us because we got an upgraded rental car and were liable for it. On the second day, the garage was completely full, with more cars entering the garage - thanks to a broken capacity indicator that permanently shows 208 spaces. Staff basically blamed it on the fact that the garage is a private facility unrelated to the hotel. They sent us to two nearby surface lots. One was only available till 8:00 at a cost of $22.52. The second one was a dirt field. 1. I don’t care whose lot it is. You sold me access to it at an extortionate price and did not mention any other options, implicitly endorsing it. 2. Don’t sell more spaces than you have, especially at that price. 3. Know and explain options. Don’t direct your customers to a lot that only sells space till 8:00 for over 3 times the price as the next lot. You are wasting my time. Then at 4:00 am, we were woken up by a loud motor noise coming from the fridge. We had to move it and unplug it (it’s a full size fridge, not a hotel fridge). The clerk’s reaction? “Sorry about that, I’ll tell maintenance.” We had one night parking taken off the bill. No consideration for the hassle both from the parking and the fridge. You can do better. Better policies, better communication and a bit more generosity. Overall, not a good experience.

Die Betten waren schrecklich weich und schluckend und unfiguriert. Meine Frau fühlte sich wie sie in einem Hammer schlief. Wir hatten schreckliche Schlafen und kamen mit schmerzhaften Hals und Rücken nach Hause. Sehr enttäuscht über die Qualität der Betten angesichts dessen, was wir bezahlt haben und dass dies unser einziger Urlaub in diesem Jahr war. Das Zimmer war unglaublich dumm und meine Söhne allergie begann zu agieren. Ich wurde für ein Bier in der Club-Lounge 1828 $ gezahlt, weil der Betreuer dort unsere Zimmernummer für den Preis des Biers gemischt. Es war natürlich umgekehrt, aber wir waren schockiert, diese Gebühr zu sehen, wenn Sie sich abschauen und fühlen sich das nicht akzeptabel.

Renovierte Anlage, die eine angenehme Überraschung bietet. Wir verbrachten die Nacht dort, bevor wir aus dem YCC fliegen. Sie boten an, unser Fahrzeug für die Woche zu halten, für die wir zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis gefahren waren und den Shuttleservice zum Flughafen zu früh für unsere Abreise zu erbringen. Die Mitarbeiter gingen oben und darüber hinaus, als der Shuttle nicht verfügbar war und eine vorbezahlte Kabine wartete, um uns am Flughafen an diesem Morgen zu nehmen. Bei unserer Rückkehr spät am Abend eine ähnliche Situation am Flughafen waren die Shuttle nicht verfügbar war ein Cab wurde bereitgestellt, um uns zu dem Hotel spät am Abend zurückzunehmen. Sie haben in ihrem Restaurant einen wunderbaren vollen Frühstücksgutschein gegeben, so dass wir am Morgen glücklich auf einem vollen Magen blieben. Kann nicht genug gute Dinge über das Front-Angestellte sagen. Wir werden bald wieder da sein.

Die Ausstattung ist relativ veraltet, aber zum Glück gibt es komplette Kühlschränke, Mikrowellen, Kaffeemaschinen, Fernseher usw. Um drei Uhr morgens im Hotel angekommen, ist die Rezeption noch immer sehr begeistert.

First of all location is decent, it is near Sunridge mall, with restaurants close by. Stayed here for 2 nights. First impression is everything. First thing we noticed was building didn’t look like it’s in good shape, and dented trash can in the lobby. Behind the front desk were un friendly staffs during the entire stay. In fact their impression did not even look like they were staffs. They would tell you the bare minimum at check in. At check out a robot could of done a better job. 2nd day at 9am we asked for more towels, as they only provided towels for 2, even though we had 4 guests. Without asking for our room number was told housekeeping would make their rounds. However we received an email prior to check in there’s no daily housekeeping. If we require towels to request by 10am the day of. Which we did, but was told we are incorrect. So who’s telling the truth? Or again is front desk staff being lazy? Also don’t bother with the Marriott app, the staffs at this place does not check the messages. They do have a fitness centre, pool, whirlpool on site. We did see several dead bugs in the pool, so pretend it’s an “outdoor” pool. Only had 1 pool towel left for the 4 of us, again called front desk, apparently the “nice” gentleman says its not their responsibility to stock pool towels. What is this hotel and their towels? Another nice amenities is they do have, coin operated washer/dryer located in the parkade level. I’m glad we didn’t have to use it. Imagine asking the front desk for change? They will probably blame their guests for not carrying change in a society where’s it’s mostly cashless. The room is clean. They did place a bottle of water in the room which is a nice touch by the hotel. House Keeping staffs were very friendly. Good job housekeeping crew! However I can’t tell if the room we were in are renovated or not. Some of the furniture looks updated but some weren’t, the mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom is clean, sink is updated, however the Bath tub and towel looks old. The black out blinds are good. Bottomline housekeeping did a wonderful job, however designer did a horrible job. One elevator was not working during our entire stay, so only one elevator to serve the entire hotel. Again NEVER mentioned at time of check in. If we didn’t have toddlers and stayed on the 6th floor, would of been faster to take the stairs. Breakfast was included in our rate, for guests who’s rate does not include breakfast, It does cost $15.99 per person Buffet style. I wouldn’t recommend paying for it, as the spread was horrible. Also day of check out, we saw dead bugs on the fruit tray. Upon brining it to their attention they brushed it off at first, eventually replace it with a new plate.but bad for guests who’s looking for that extra protein. Parking is free which is super nice, you can park above or underground which is nice for hot or super cold days. However the parkade is like a junk storage yard when you enter. But at lea

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Gästezimmer sind gut gepflegt und geeignet für eine gute Nacht im Schlaf. Personal und Sauberkeit sind großartig. Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Hotellounge hat ein kleines Menü, aber großartig für ein Abendessen oder ein Getränk.

Food service stops at 10 pm, and doesn't open until 6:30 am, so you're told to Skip the Dishes if your flight gets you to the hotel even 10 minutes past the time their restaurant closes at 10 pm. Four hotels clustered in an industrial wasteland, and none of the others even have a restaurant. It's long hike (1 km) if you want something other than overpriced junk food to get to Tim Hortons - not something I was willing to do in the middle of the night on foot. Oh, and you'll pay through the nose for breakfast or dinner for mediocre food for breakfast or dinner- they aren't open for lunch - if you eat in the hotel. I didn't see any transit access, so unless you have a vehicle, there's nothing nearby.

Schnelle Übernachtung im Transit mit Reisen und Verspätungen. Großes Hotel und Kundenservice. Gute Shuttle pick up. Sehr saubere Zimmer und gut gepflegte Hotel. Empfehlen Sie es. Freundliche Frontdesk. Wäre wieder hier bleiben. Frühstück inbegriffen.
