Check in, room, restaurant service and food were all exceptional. My only complaint would be that they still use plastic water bottles in the room.

Best Western Premier Freeport Inn Calgary Airport was a really comfortable stay. The location was very close to the airport, so we had a short travel time to the airport which was nice. The room was equipped with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and other items that were helpful to use. The bed was very comfy and we got a really good rest. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location closer to the airport and have a shuttle facility

This has been our go to when staying in Calgary and travelling to the airport. Hoever they say they offer 24hr shuttle but this is NOT the case we had to hail a cab and pay $20 to the ride to the airport, Our VIP experience was not offered at the restaurant or in the lounge. Very poor service overall.

It’s a great location for a weekend get away and the pool with water slide was perfect for the kiddos

Loved how close it was to the mall and how quiet and clean the entire hotel was! No traffic sounds or other guest sounds. My daughter loved the water slide and how big the room was. Breakfast/coffee to our room was fast and inexpensive.. felt like a home away from home, will be back!

Requested parking on site! Had to repack baggage as I was then travelling by plane & couldn’t leave my belongings or vehicle on-site as requested. Staff were rude & argumentative! Not helpful at all! I had to drive my vehicle to park2go on my pjs because the hotel would not let me park there. I then waited outside park2 go for shuttle to return to pick me up. Very inconvenienced, cold & not happy!

I got in very late and was worried about my check in process. The staff was phenomenal, expertly combining warmth and professionalism for a friendly and efficient check in. The room was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable with thoughtful amenities like a clock with a wireless charging station. While i wasnt able to get room service, i swallowed my spoiled dissappointment and went to the restaurant for breakfast. I was greeted promptly, gicen a menue, and my food came almost too fast! I hardly had time to decide what to do with my day before the large and delicious breakfast was served to me with condiments and a smile. I ate leisurely, watching other patrons enjoy the same service i reveived, and retired to my room for a very nice tub before checking out so fast i thought a mistake had been made. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants quality and maybe a little luxury too!
