Hotel Oasis Park Splash

I went here with 4 other people just over a week ago for 5 days. The place overall was clean with very sanitary rooms with an amazing shower however the shower head was high pressure so it wasn’t easy to use at first but once you got the hang of it it was alright. The key cards aswell were a minor inconvenience as they did disconnect if you put them near a phone. The staff for the most part were amazing but there was this old geeza that always was arrogant and quite rude but the rest of the staff was amazing as they always cleaned up the mess and they always served me and my family with a smile. The food was decent but it is an all inclusive hotel so you can’t really complain much. The bar had cheap alcohol (as expected to be fair it isn’t a proper bar) and the pools were very nice with some amazing slides. If you were by the slides on Wednesday 22 may at around 11ish in the morning and saw a kid with his bum out I am sincerely sorry he wanted to go faster on the slide. There were a few fun arcade games such as air hockey and 2 pool tables that were in decent condition. The lifts were an issue as there were only 3 and were a little bit slow.Throughout this holiday despite the resort itself having its ups and downs my family and I have had an amazing time with the friends I made on this holiday. I do recommend.

Great hotel for children about family Delicious food. Hotel service very nice. Rooms cleaned daily. Very good location. Nearby is a great water park with a dolphinarium. The show is impressive. I think I will go back there next year. I recommend.

Really lovely hotel, I'm a very picky eater and always found something tasty to eat, staff couldn't be more helpful and freindly when asked for help ( found us information in English and all the times for festival of la minerva) really couldn't wish for a better holiday, pools are great too, bit cold but it is September so didint expect them to be roasting anyways,lovely and clean and the BEST nights sleep I've ever had, beds are memory foam and soo comfy, id of taken the mattress home if i could 😆 also expensive perfume left in room etc and nothing was ever touched by the cleaners, we will be back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality 🥰 also free WiFi too! And it's pretty decent 👌and really good entertainment for kids, really won't be disappointed if you stay with this hotel, also surrounding shops everyone's so freindly and the festivals on in September we have been the last 2 years and I can't say I've seen fireworks etc like it in all my life, absolutely incredible....so many good things so little space🤣

So we wanted somewhere close in flight time for first holiday with my 2 yr old grandson,we did 4 nights after the school holidays and despite the reviews we were pleasantly surprised, you get what you pay for it’s a 3 star ! Downside The hotel has a lot of steps with the 3 pools on different levels so with a pushchair that means a lot of lifting but it was manageable, poolside could get a bit full of litter but that’s down to lazy people not binning there own rubbish, dining room has a canteen vibe but as the hotel is for families with kids it does the job ,food was okay,it’s close to beach, shops, and also had a fair down by the beach.The splash pool for the little ones was freezing and could do with being heated,but all in all for 3 star for just a 4night stay with my grandson we found it sufficient ,I can imagine 7 days or being there for your main or only holiday it would of been disappointing in places , and if we had gone in season we would of struggled to get a sunbed as pool can’t hold a lot of beds , but out of season we always got one with no rush or run at 9am !! if u want a CHEAP 3 Star break for the kids this hotel is it . It Wouldn’t be our choice as a main holiday but fine for a little first break for my grandson

on the night I had arrived with my mum I found bed bugs on my pillow and materess and I had woke up with them aswell on both beds and now I’ve came home and my mum has bed bug bites all over her arms, other than that the place was amazing we loved the food

Not a great start when you get a coach driver who for the one hour transfer was having a telephone conversation for 40 mins, then to be dropped off at the bottom of a hill and told to go up. Hotel reception clean and spacious, no smiles or greeting from staff. Rooms not very big but clean and very minimal We arrived at 1.30 so not expecting rooms to be ready we went to the dining room for lunch, if this is meant to be a four star hotel the dining room is like a secondary school canteen. Plastic tables and chairs you need to queue down one side for Luke warm food , drinks dispensed by one staff member from a small gap , not hot beverages here. Very loud . We looked around the hotel before going to our rooms pools very small and cramped for a hotel with 200 plus rooms , I actually counted the number of sunbeds and chairs from my balcony( sad I know but not much else to do here) approx 130 so enough for about 30% of the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant, we went at 7.15, by 730 people were queuing to get a table , food again Luke warm , do not be fooled by the photos all very staged . Throughout our stay very repetitive and cold, had to stop children getting pizza from station saw a chef bring from kitchen and place tray on sink draining board whilst a member of staff running water to wring out cloth. To get a hot beverage after meal ( , except breakfast) you need to go bar where they give you a cup dispensed from a machine in a paper cup, all drinks served in plastic glass ( unless you are not all inclusive then served in an actual glass or coffee from station like a Costa coffee) cocktails from a machine . All in all if you are happy running at 9 to get a sunbed and enjoy warm repetitive food served in a very loud canteen I can not suggest this hotel.
