"Excellent service from the reception to the staff of the site. The location is simply surreal. It is the first hotel, before the stairs, just next to the entrance portal. The location is very cozy, beautiful, full of nature and with wonderful swimming pools. The hotel needs to look at the hot water of the "Jorge Amado" room, because the water from the shower and the hydromassage bath is not heat properly, and the hydromassage of the bath has not worked. It was a break of expectation, because we paid more for using the bathroom, but the rest was very good. It has the most beautiful sunshine of São Paulo's Morro. I recommend anyone."

"We like the hotel very much, we just find very expensive drinks and picolies!! I say exaggerably expensive. Although we were not so well treated by a lot of the hotel staff, a special manager Thiago of the breakfast restaurant was very requested and even prepared a tea for my son q was c diarrhea!! Finally, at the end we don't always forget how we were received!!"

"Facilities: Okay! Environment: Very nice. Not right next to the beach, doesn't have its own beach, but it's very close. Breakfast: Very good, lots of fruit, freshly made cassava pancakes. But the air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't very effective. Service: The bellhops were very helpful. However: 1. The girl who spoke good English was very helpful, but the shorter girl who didn't speak good English was very ineffective. When I checked out, even though it was within the designated time, she said it was ten minutes past, then said there wasn't any left. 2. I forgot my iPhone earphones in the hotel room, and they didn't contact me after I left. I contacted them more than ten times via WhatsApp, and finally a local friend arranged for them to be shipped to El Salvador, but even after more than a week, I still haven't received them."

"Eigentlich gutes Hotel, aber: - Die Umgebung ist voll mit Moskitos, das ist natürlich, aber das Hotel sollte schauen, dass man die Fenster schliessen kann. Leider hatte es immer 2-3cm Spalte, die offen blieben. Daher kamen unzählige Moskitos rein. Anstatt zu renovieren, hat das Hotel lieber Unmengen Gift gesprayed, was auch nicht angenehm war. - Wifi war extrem instabil, war immer wieder für Stunden offline. -Frühstücksbuffet umständlich. Man hatte anscheinend das Corona setup beibehalten… (man konnte nicht selber vom Buffet nehmen). Eventuell weil die Gäste so weniger assen?… Schade stimmten diese Details nicht… Hotel wäre sonst gut."
