Rooms pretty big!!

環境：還可以 衞生：不錯 設施：六個人住，廳裏有兩個摺疊小床，有一個是壞的，第一、第二天睡的不舒服，第三天跟他們提出，他們及時更換了，態度比較好！

とても広く、キッチン用品も豊富で、全てが清潔でした。 4人〜5人の家族等でケアンズに宿泊するなら最適のホテルだと思います。 ホテルの人はめっちゃフレンドリーです笑

前台訂玩的項目很方便，房間夠大，廚具很全。每天自己做早餐，吃得飽飽的出門浪。凱恩斯有10座的小巴，去機場提前訂，非常划算。

Getaway on Grafton is located approximately 15 min walk from the main CBD of Cairns. It is a quiet location, no traffic or pub noise, so one can get a good nights sleep! We arrived after Reception had closed (Sunday) however, we were greeted by one the staff who gave us the keys and provided some information about what to do in Cairns and the location of convenience stores. We were given an apartment on the first level - there is no lift, and lucky a kind gentleman helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The apartment was a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with balcony views of Grafton. It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. There is air conditioning in the lounge and also the bedrooms, as well as fans. Laundry facilities are also provided. Housekeeping is done after the 4th night stay - change of bed sheets and clean towels. Overall the accommodation is great, and in a good quiet location.

This apartment was ideal. Great location. Great facilities and very well equipped. Beautifully clean and made for a fantastic comfortable stay for myself and my nephew. I would certainly recommend these apartments for families or small group of friends.

Quite spacious and plenty of room but units are very tired, quite musty smelling and in dire need of an update. Could do with much better cleaning as well, showers were very mouldy. Two showers and three toilets were a bonus. Location is pretty good.

Location wise, Getaway on Grafton is great as its really close to Cairns town centre. It's a leisurely 10 min walk to most things. Kevin & his team were excellent and able to help out with late checkins and general information about Cairns / Far North QLD. There was some cleanliness issues with the townhouse we were given but Kevin's team were on top of it when notified. Rooms & facilities were abit older but hey, we only needed the place to sleep as we were out most of the time. Still a great option for trips to Cairns. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit.

We stayed in a townhouse and had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was perfect for a 1 night stay (about 13 hours actually!) . All very clean, though inside the kitchen drawers could have used a wipe down. The extra single bed was just out there and not open or set up, which would have been nice and there were no duvets on the beds, just a sheet .

Stayed here for 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment as part of a 4 week trip to Australia. There is secure parking, which was great for the hire car. Good location and an easy walk to the City and Esplanade. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially for booking trips. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Yes, the apartment was a little tired, but it was clean, tidy and spacious. If you want ultra modern, you're going to have to pay through the nose for it! The pool area was lovely and we could access it straight from our apartment. Thank you, we had a great time!

BAD - There are no lifts. If room on Road side then noisy (I got up at night to close windows / doors and realised they were shut!). Old tired rooms. PROS- Parking off road, big rooms equipped. Pool. 1.5km walk to Esplanade but easy walk. Great helpful staff

Clean & comfortable enough. Unsure if it was just our townhouse but it seems the place is in desperate need of an update. The oven & dishwasher had dials but all the markings were gone so you couldn't really use them. The living area also had a very old split system - it didn't have any louvers which meant you couldn't move the air around. It was super cold when we first arrived but after a couple of days it wouldn't blow out cold air, no matter how low we made the temperature, no ideal when we have a young son. We let reception know & they came & looked at it but they couldn't fix it in the time we had left there & unfortunately couldn't move us to another room as they were full the following night so we had to move to another hotel. They apologised & refunded the 2 nights we had left of our stay.

Clean and spacious rooms. Self contained kitchen with lots of equipment (crockery, glassware etc). Good clean pool, which the kids loved. Safe and close to the city. Air con worked well but upstairs aircon was very noisy. Would be helpful to include some food staples (salt, pepper, tomato sauce etc)
