Location wise it’s right at the Plaza Mayor which is naturally inside the historic city centre. Friendly staff.

Nuestra estancia fué de solo una noche pero estuvimos muy muy a gusto. La atencion a la llegada con las indicaciones del parking para el coche (muy importante). La cena fue un placer desde la ensalada a los postres, asi como el bufet del desayuno. Y la habitacion un lujo para el reposo del viajero.

A great room overlooking the gorgeous square. We had 2 balconies! Very comfortable bed and pillows and a good sized room. Definitely recommend getting a room overlooking the Plaza. Staff were pleasant and friendly, breakfast was fine but not memorable. Incredible good value overall.

Very nice stay. Cozy hotel. Friendly staff and great central location. Initially booked for one night only. Decided to extend the stay. Caceres is a very nice historical Spanish town, plenty of history, great food and wine and social life.

The location was excellent - we could not have asked for more. Room was very spacious with ice cold air conditioning and comfy bed. View was of the Plaza Mayor from an accessible balcony - a very nice bonus. One of the better menus del dia in town. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, beautiful city. We travel with our small dog around Europe, we usually pay €10 a night for our dog. The hotel was € 56 per night. We got a shock when they asked for €30 for the dog ,€20 was for cleaning. Some hotels don't even charge for the dog. We've never had this before. We never leave any mess. ( I'm sure they weren't going to spend 2 hours cleaning the room)

Perfect location right on the central plaza in the old town. So atmospheric walking along the streets especially in the evening. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and put up with my bad Spanish with a smile. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. A small coffee machine is available ( but no kettle if you are a tree drinker.) The complementary water was much appreciated when we arrived. We loved Cáceres!

Very nice central hotel. . Rooms for families do not have a window... and you cannot see the beatiful square or have fresh air because they are located in the atic (top flor). Colaborators always available to help

Amazing location, right on the stunning Plaza Mayor (one of the most beautiful town squares I have ever seen). Very helpful hotel staff - gave useful directions about where to park the car at a reduced rate. Modern, large, smart, comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Can't fault for the price.

the best place in Caceres. i stay in the front view room, and i felt amazing. great space, good breakfast . mega central, from there you can walk all over the beautiful Careres the staff is really really amazing

Great position. Lovely welcome in a great hotel with clean comfortable beds and facilities. Car park close by and discounted by the hotel. Around a 5 minute walk. We often stay in Caceres this hotel the best yet.

Outstanding in every way. Only draw back was that it's a bit hard to find if u r driving. B sure to call ahead to get specific instructions and it's a snap. Highly recommend it. Right on the main square near everything.

Informative reception staff. Brilliantly located. Only issue was car parking but quite understandably it is out of the centre. Comfortable and a choice of good quality breakfast items. Would definitely go back
