Gute Lage, freundlicher Service, erschwinglicher Preis, sauberes Zimmer

Die Lage und Aussicht von den Zimmern ist überwältigend. Das Frühstück ist ein Muss. Der Parkservice ist sehr praktisch.

服務不錯，房間隔音不好，大堂和餐廳環境好，房間細節一般，比如窗簾有小破洞，洗手間有點黴斑等，但衞生總體還是ok，頂樓餐廳風景很漂亮，但是超級難吃，給我們都吃笑了，建議就點杯酒拍拍照，吃飯還是出去吃吧

Wir wohnen immer im SeePort Hotel, wenn wir mit der Fähre von Ancona nach Griechenland fahren. Es ist ein ausgezeichnetes Boutique Hotel mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den Hafen. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind stylisch aber gemütlich (unbedingt Zimmer mit Hafenblick buchen). Sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt werden. Die Innenstadt ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser kleiner Hund ist auch immer herzlich willkommen. Kurz gesagt: Das SeePort Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir buchten dieses Hotel für eine Nacht vor unserer Weiterreise mit der Autofähre nach Griechenland. Für diesen Zweck ist die Lage des Hotels ideal. Bei der Ankunft mit dem Privatauto übernahm ein sehr freundlicher Angestellter den Autoschlüssel und erledigte das Parkieren. Innert wenigen Minuten war auch schon das Gepäck in unserem Zimmer. Die Zimmerfenster sind gut Isoliert, also keine störenden Verkehrsgeräusche über die Nacht. Aus dem sehr grossen Zimmerfenster ist das rege Treiben am Fähren Verlade Hafen gut zu sehen. Das empfohlene Restaurant im Dachgeschoss des Hotels bietet eine gehobene Küche in der entsprechenden Preisklasse an. Wir haben dort unser Abendessen genossen. Ein Weinsommelier hat uns einen sehr guten Wein aus der Region von Ancona empfohlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für italienische Verhältnisse überdurchschnittlich! Wir haben ausschliesslich freundliches Personal angetroffen. Für einen längeren Ferien Aufenthalt würden wir dieses Stadt Hotel jedoch nicht buchen. Für unseren Zweck war es aber eine sehr gute Wahl!

Schönes Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen. Die Suite ist wunderschön, hat eine Balkon auf dem Blick auf den Dom sowie einen eigenen Wellness-Bereich. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, super freundliches Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück - Silvio, Gigi und Francesca, vielen herzlichen Dank!!

Wir waren als Ehepaar (60+) für fünf Tage in Ancona. Tolle Lage am Hafen, aber nicht unbedingt zum relaxen. Suite auf dem Dach war fantastisch. Toller Standort, um Stadt und Gegend zu erkunden. Zweischneidige Lage am Hafen von Ancona, interessanter Ausblick auf an- und abfahrende Fähren, anderereseits etwas schmuddelige Umgebung. Auch durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Weg in die Innenstadt von Ancona gut in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß machbar. Von der Größe des Superior Zimmers waren wir negativ überrascht, wir möchten dann nicht wissen, wie ein Standardzimmer aussieht. Kann aber fast nicht mehr kleiner sein. Frühstück war umfangreich und hat für italienische Verhältnisse sehr viel geboten. Service war hingegen nicht besonders freundlich und verbesserungswürdig. Für einen zweiten Kaffee musste man z.B. lange auf sich aufmerksam machen. Auf unserer Italien Rundreise das Hotel, das uns am Wenigsten zugesagt hat.

Quite a glamorous hotel. Some chocolates on the pillow on arrival. Super clean and spacious with a fabulous rooftop view of the port. Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast too. Very convenient if taking the ferry to Greece. Parking is secure and a member of staff supervises the cars. My only ****** is the evening meals at the pretentious gourmet restaurant on the roof. If you choose to eat there, the portions are minuscule, it’s over priced and just not tasty. But this would not put me off staying at this fantastic hotel when stopping over in Ancona.

If giving zero stars was an option, I would have. Not only are there issues with the hotel location and the hotel itself, but the “management” staff lacks ethics and any integrity. My wife and I booked a stay 3 months in advance to celebrate an important anniversary. We were willing to spend almost 1,500 euro for two nights in the penthouse with the “Yacht Experience” (including welcome drink, breakfast, one dinner, in-room spa treatments, etc). The whole allure was having the penthouse with a private spa in the room with a large terrace overlooking the water. Four days before our scheduled stay, the hotel sent an email advising that the penthouse room had an issue with the spa and there was water damage so we would not be able to stay in the room. We were told we would be given the next best room (Junior Suite) and would receive an additional free dinner and some other amenities like private use of the regular spa to compensate for not being able to stay in the room we booked. As this was only a few days before the booking, we thought that there would be no other options so we continued with the reservation. Upon arrival, we realized how deceiving the photos in the listing are as the hotel is not in a nice area and the view is not as described in their marketing materials. The Junior Suite we received had no balcony and was very small. And instead of having a view of the sea, we had a view of the penthouse room which we had initially booked. After an hour of getting settled in the room, we noticed there was a guest sitting out on the terrace of the room we were informed was no longer available for staying due to damage. So clearly the hotel gave our room to another guest. Instead of being honest they made up a story about water damage. After finding this out, we packed up our things and decided to take a risk and leave. We would have preferred to sleep in the rental car instead if giving any business to this unscrupulous group. They tried to convince us to stay by telling us the guest in the room we had booked was only using the bed and the terrace. If that were true, why would we have not been given the option to do the same and just use the hotel spa? Luckily we were able to find a great B&B further south which was a fraction of the cost, much better accommodations (even with a private sauna and use of a pool) and we dealt with good, ethical people. Do not be fooled by the trick photography used by this hotel. But huge thanks to Seeport Hotel for forcing us to discover a much nicer area on the coast and giving a good property our business.

A truly wonderful experience. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Loved our room and facilities. Great Bistro with amasing views and a wide range of food and drink. Gi Gi, looked after us really well. Superb breakfast and waiters. Located close to the old city. If only all Italian Hotels were at this high standard. Many thanks Guys, loved our stay.
