Business Hotels in Pittsburgh

This is a nice old hotel that reminds you of yesteryear. The front desk folks were awesome, as well as the bar staff. The location is great if you’re okay with a short walk to the Pirates ballpark or Market Square. Restaurants just outside the door. My issue with this place which is why I rated it average was the maid service….or better stated, the lack of maid service. This is not one of those places where they only come by every other day. Check in is day 1, on day 2 I get to my room that evening and it was not made up, called the desk and they offered to send someone up and said they comp some Bonvoy points. I was tired and passed on anyone coming up that hour. She said she leave a note for housekeeping. Day 3, again no room service…called and talked with the same lady, she said she comp some more points, and ensure the housekeeping manager was made aware. Again I was too tired for anyone to come up that evening. Day 4 yup you guessed it, no room service…once again I was told I’d get comped a few more points. And thus time the on duty housekeeping manager and two housekeepers came by…I needed towels and smelly trash removed. The manager said she wanted to make it up to me and said she’d send up a couple beers. No beer showed up, another empty promise. In total I was comped just 500 points. I expected at least 500 for each occurrence. I’m going to notify Marriott of my disappointment. Human error happens, it how the establishment responds and resolves those errors that really count.

Send your child to the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown, and choose this hotel. After more than half a month of experience, I feel very good, and at the same time, I also feel the friendliness and kindness of the American people to the Chinese people. Johnstown is not so convenient to get around by car. The hotel service staff kindly arranged for their colleagues' cars and said there was no charge. How can this be OK? I will still express my heart and arrange the vehicle. I am very grateful to my guests in this foreign country. Next time I come, I will still choose to stay in the hotel again.

Das Hotel selbst ist gut, die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist und die Tour rund um die Fußgänger ist sehr bequem zu essen. Der Parkplatz kann gegen die Straße parken, aber das Hotel kostet $30 pro Tag und die Nacht. Der Parkplatz kostet $28 pro Nacht. Aber am zweiten Tag habe ich $12 gepfändet und empfahl, dass Sie direkt mit dem Parkplatz schließen. Außerdem ist das Frühstück enthalten, aber die endgültige Bestellung enthält kein Frühstück, und ich hoffe, Trip.com wird in dieser Hinsicht konsistent sein.

Wir baten um Stadtblick und unser Zimmer war im 20. Stock. Sehr schöner Blick! Das Zimmer war sauber, alles, was wir brauchen, wurde zu einem erschwinglichen Preis angeboten. Der Pool im 4. Stock mit Blick auf die ikonische gelbe Brücke war fantastisch. Jedes Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir gesprochen haben, war freundlich und hilfreich, mit großen Anzeigen für Restaurants. Nächstes Mal gehen wir nach Pittsburgh werden wir hier wieder bleiben.

Im Flughafen ist es sehr bequem, frühzeitige Flugzeuge durch Verbindung mit dem Flughafen zu befördern. Die Einrichtungen sind leicht erreichbar, aber auch akzeptabel. Der Service ist grundsätzlich OK, der Bier in der Bar ist nicht schlecht.
