"We had a nice stay here. The hotel upgraded the room for us free of charge (initially I booked 1 room in folk house and 1 room in the building, they gave us two rooms in the building which are good looking and well equipped. Everything of the room is so new, neat and clean. And it’s so quiet, we had good sleeping at night. The hotel is located inside Wuzhen Xizha Scenic area so it’s very convenient to go around for exploring the old town. Nearby there are many restaurants, even a family mart, and the boat quay is within walking distance too. Landscape all around is wonderful. Just a minus point: breakfast is good but less meat, not so many dishes, i wish there are more choices 😄 Overally, I love the stay here. The staff of the hotel is enthusiastic and helpful."

"Unser Haus mit den Eltern, mehr als 760, das Hotel ist länger geöffnet. Die Einrichtungen sind sicher alt, so dass es keine neue Hotel-Mode gibt. Zu Beginn der Klimaanlage kann ich nicht, ich wechselte ein Zimmer und die Klimaanlage ist langsamer. Das Frühstück ist allgemein. Der Halle ist sehr atmosphärisch. Der Keksekoch im Halle ist nicht lecker. Die geografische Lage ist im Zentrum der Stadt, etwa eine halbe Stunde von Wuzhen entfernt. Wenn Sie nach Wuzhen gehen, empfehlen Sie es, in der Xijiang-Stadt zu bleiben. Wir sind hier, um in der Stadt zu essen, ist die Lage dieses Hotels immer noch gut."

"The hotel (Wangjinli) is one of the furthest in from the XiZha entrance, near the Pagoda. This gives a little more privacy, where less public walking around the hotel vicinity. Shuttle service is included, so it’s easy to move around if you do not want to walk so much. Room is wide and clean. Bed is a bit dated, but it’s clean. Our room had a good view, enjoyed our stay. Would come again!"

"Walking distance from the Wuzhen Xizha long distance bus station. The hotel is located opposite the road. Look for RUITING instead of Jiayuan as the Chinese and English name is differently worded. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is justified with the price. Mostly Chinese cuisine. Laundry is available. Two big and new washer together with a dry. A plus for us as we are traveling from one city to another. Reception staff Xiao Lu and Xiao Xu both rendered excellent services to us. Xiao Xu help us to carry our luggage to the lift entrance and recommended us where to eat and what time we should start our journey into the ancient town tour. Xiao Lu helps me with my Didi booking to Tongxiang Station. We also received a gift of the local delicacies Tips for those traveling from Hangzhou to Wuzhen. The best transportation is by bus. Take a bus from Hangzhou East Railway Station, bus platform located at the ground floor. Sharing the same building with a high speed train but different wings. Tell the taxi or Didii driver to drop you at the bus station entrance. Can buy a ticket on the spot. RMB45. Quite frequent. Back from Wuzhen, just grab to Tongxiang Station by taxi or Didi depending on your destination. Mine is back to Shanghai. Other destinations can buy bus tickets at the station where you stop"

"Our stay at the Wuzhen Tong’an Inn was nothing short of delightful. This review is specifically for Wuzhen Tong’an Inn, not the Waterside Resort. We were fortunate to have encountered a helpful lady at the visitor center who informed us that our original booking didn't face the Wuzhen grand canal but instead their own small private canal, which wouldn't offer views of the ancient boats. She assisted us with an upgrade to the Tong’an Inn, which provided not only beautiful scenery but also a prime location right at the heart of all the happenings. All Wuzhen guests head to one place for the breakfast buffet, which, conveniently, was right at our hotel. This was a significant advantage as the original booking would have required a 20+ minute walk, especially inconvenient in the rain and cold. Our room was a blend of ancient Chinese style, with fragrant old woods, and a modernized living quarter complete with a hot shower and smart devices. It was impeccably clean, providing a perfect balance of traditional charm and contemporary comfort. Everyone in Wuzhen was incredibly friendly. Special shout out to Mr. Ling, who helped us with our heavy luggage bags. He was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. It's unfortunate that we only booked two nights here. We would definitely love to stay longer in the future."

"Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Eingang des malerischen Gebiets entfernt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr rücksichtsvoll und hat das Zimmer gewechselt. Der große Bruder hat für mich den Koffer die Treppe rauf und runter getragen. Die Raumaufteilung und das Design sind einzigartig, die Ausstattung ist komplett und die Matratze ist bequem. Ich empfehle es. Außerhalb des malerischen Gebiets gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte, die die Preise nicht angeben. Daher ist es am besten, zuerst nach dem Preis zu fragen, um nicht betrogen zu werden."

"Die Lage ist gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Aussichtspunkte. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es ist sehr praktisch, dort zu essen. Der Laden bietet kostenlose Parkplätze. Der Ladenbesitzer war sehr begeistert und schickte uns einen Reiseführer und zeigte uns den Weg. Unten gibt es auch einen Swimmingpool. Im kleinen Innenhof kann man Tee trinken. Die Erfahrung ist gut. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich werde das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten."

"Dieses B&B liegt ganz in der Nähe von Xizha und ist sehr praktisch, besonders vom Eingang von Xizha aus. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ruhig und die bereitgestellten Hausschuhe und Kämme sind sehr volkstümlich. Die frisch gebackenen Dingsheng-Kuchen im B&B sind alle köstlich. Das Wichtigste ist, dass der Chef und alle im B&B sehr herzlich und nett sind. Der Chef hat mir beim Auschecken sogar ein Souvenir geschenkt. Ein so gutes B&B und ein so guter Chef müssen ein erfolgreiches Geschäft haben."

"Fantastische Zimmer. Sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Restaurants tun nicht gut für Vegans, aber sonst ist es gut. Service in der Paulaner Bar war langsam mit nur einem Server am Abend, den wir versucht haben. Es ist nicht billig, aber es ist sehr gut für das, was Sie erhalten. Ich habe zweimal geblieben und würde sicherlich wieder bleiben. Empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Nähe der Bahnhof sein wollen."
