Bei der Buchung wurde angezeigt, dass es sich um eine Ecksuite mit Meerblick handelte. Allerdings gab es im Zimmer große, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Fenster, die jedoch durch große Schilder komplett versperrt waren Ich habe für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bezahlt, aber den Meerblick nicht gesehen. Ich fühle mich betrogen, und ich bin wirklich der Meinung, dass das Hotel ein Hotel ohne Meerblick nicht als Zimmer mit Meerblick bezeichnen sollte, damit die Erwartungen der Kunden enttäuscht werden, und ich habe das Gefühl wirklich schlimm. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war nicht sehr gut. Die Kabel der Lampen im Zimmer waren fast keine Ladesteckdosen im Zimmer Der Nachttisch zum Aufladen unserer Mobiltelefone und iPads war sehr ... unpraktisch. Der einzige Vorteil des Hotels ist seine ausgezeichnete Lage, alles ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist der Strand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite erreichbar Bei kühlerem Wetter können Sie auch abends an den Strand gehen.

Ein Hotel... es ist kein Hotel. Das ist ein Unterschlupf. Ich weiß nicht, wer diesem Hotel 4 Sterne verliehen hat, wahrscheinlich durch Verbindungen. Lage am Meer - ja. Alle Etagen riechen nach der Taverne im Erdgeschoss. Der allererste Eindruck ist, dass die Aufzugsknöpfe mit gebrauchtem, löchrigem Kunststoff bedeckt sind. Es gibt nicht einmal Wasser in der Lobby. Und die Nummer!!! Ich kenne den Ingenieur nicht, der diese Wasserhähne installiert und das Badezimmer entworfen hat, aber nach dem Händewaschen bekommt man nasse Füße und nach dem Duschen schwimmt man auf dem Badezimmerboden. Die Wände sind schäbig und mit fettigen Fingerabdrücken von Männerhänden bedeckt. Aber man sieht sofort den Stolz des Hotels – die KLIMAANLAGE. Die letzte Reinigung erfolgte im Jahr 1829. Im Inneren liegt ein solcher Staubteppich, dass die Kunsthandwerkerinnen von Taschkent um dieses Muster beneiden würden. Und in der Dusche gibt es auch einen Vorhang 😂 Es ist einfach lächerlich. Schauen Sie sich das Foto an und kommen Sie nicht in dieses Hotel. Der Preis ist teurer als seine Nachbarn. Alle umarmt.

Good experience  Good location But I don’t know why I have cancelled one room but the waiter told me that I have two rooms.

Sunset Hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and just a short walk to Haeundae Beach, making it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy the local area. However, it’s a bit far from the city center and Busan Station, so travelers should plan for longer travel times if they want to explore those areas. The rooms are very spacious, but they could use some improvements in cleanliness and appear somewhat dated. For travelers with a lot of luggage or XL suitcases, I recommend booking a transfer service for added convenience, as navigating crowded subway stations can be challenging. Overall, the location is perfect for those prioritizing access to Haeundae Beach and nearby dining options!

It was a very pleasant stay at Sunset Hotel. The location is very close to Heundae Beach.

Hotel is old. The beach view from our room was partial. Location is good with plentiful of eating places around.

Very strategic location. 3min away from haeundae beach and sea aquarium. Lively night life. Lots of dining options. But for muslim travelers theres 3 to 4 halal food options along the hotel stretch. Pack some ration meals if u plan to stay longer as u might get bored with the same halal food. Hotel bed and amenities is ok. Small room but budget wise is better n comfortable. Im able to see the sea from my room. Its amazing.

Pros: It's one of my favorite places to stay in whenever I head to Busan. - great access to shopping and food and the beach - rooms are always nice - great sea view Cons: There is no medical exemption to policy should you are unable to continue the trip due to illnesses (even WITH PROOF). There wasn't even a choice to reschedule to a later date, so I felt like I got the short hand on this one. Thanks Trip for lending an alternative help on this one 👋🏽

Hotel location, view, room accommodations, and breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and free parking. I will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to friends.

I've only spent 2 nights but was happy with the room, its disposition, size, window size, and mattress. The stay was for a business trip, so I haven't really enjoyed the room or the hotel's amenities. Yet I can say it was perfect for what I needed from it. My booking didn't include breakfast, so I can't be of help there.

Amazing stay! Beautiful cozy rooms, and excellent service. Great and fantastic amenities . Highly recommend for a relaxing retreat!
